Subprocessor List

Vu AI Ltd (Raq.com) uses the following third-party service providers (subprocessors) to help deliver the Services. Optional module providers are used when the relevant feature or route is selected. Specialist providers for optional writing features receive only text submitted to those features, are not used for personal data and are described by function. Connected external services are identified separately. Confirm the selected processing chain before committing regulated or residency-restricted data.

Cloudflare processes traffic through its global network. Its network locations and service subprocessor list describe the countries involved. Hosting and storage in the EU do not mean that all network processing or support access is limited to the EU.
International transfers
Where subprocessors are located outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards as described in our Privacy Policy, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) and adequacy regulations where available.
AI provider data handling
Data handling varies by AI provider type:
OpenRouter inference requests use zero data retention by default. The selected model and endpoint must support it. Optional account policies can lock this setting and select EU/EEA or US regional inference. Media, speech, writing, sandbox, browser and integration providers have their own terms and are not covered by OpenRouter ZDR. The regional endpoint does not constrain all account, billing or security metadata.
Raq.com may retain AI diagnostic content for up to 60 days. Account administrators can opt into metadata-only logging for new requests. Saved module data and earlier logs have separate retention.
