AI provider data handling
Data handling varies by AI provider type:
- OpenRouter (text and chat AI): Zero Data Retention (ZDR) enforced by default via dedicated API endpoints. Providers cannot store or train on request data. Users may disable ZDR in account settings to access additional models.
- fal.ai (image and video generation): standard API terms apply. Generated files may be retained for up to 7 days. Usage data may be used to improve services. Raq.com downloads generated outputs to its own storage.
- ElevenLabs (voice synthesis and transcription): standard API terms apply. SOC 2 and GDPR certified. Raq.com has opted out of model training. Generated audio and transcriptions are downloaded to Raq.com's own storage.
