Our team at Vu builds and supports the product. Phil and Alex lead the business and stay involved in its development.
Phil leads client work and the commercial side of Vu and Raq.com. He works with businesses to decide where the product fits and where they need custom software.
Alex leads software development at Vu and Raq.com. He previously co-founded AccountancyManager, the practice management software acquired by Bright.

Why we built Raq.com
Running client projects means moving between messages, documents and the work itself. We wanted our team and its agents to use the same workspace, so an agent could help with a project without us copying the context into another app.
Use your existing agents
Keep using Codex or Claude Code. Raq.com gives them access to business tools through controlled connections.
Shared accounts and permissions
Team tools use a common account and permission system. You decide who can access the work.
Room for a custom workflow
Vu can build and maintain a native Custom Module for your account. It's a separate paid service for work the existing tools don't cover.

How do I get started?
Create an account for the free trial, then choose a task you already need to do. You can invite your team and connect an agent as you need them. Email hello@raq.com if you need help.
Do I need to know how to code?
You can use the business and AI tools without writing code. Connecting a coding agent or building a Custom Tool involves more setup.
Does Raq.com replace my AI subscription?
You can keep your existing Codex, Claude Code or ChatGPT subscription. Raq.com provides a workspace and business tools alongside those services, with its own AI usage allowance on paid plans.
How does pricing work?
Plans are priced per user, with different AI usage allowances and monitoring limits. The pricing page lists current prices, billing options and cancellation terms. Custom Modules are charged separately.
Who builds and runs Raq.com?
Vu (Vu AI Ltd), based in Solihull, UK. Phil Webb leads the commercial side and Alex Hawke leads software development.
Can you build something for our business?
Yes. Vu builds and maintains native Custom Modules for individual accounts. You can also build your own Custom Tools, which run in an isolated environment.
