Your clicks, sign-ups and commission show in your Raq.com account. We pay monthly once you’re owed £50 or more.
What you earn
You earn 25% of the subscription revenue we receive from each customer you refer, for 12 months from their first paid subscription invoice.
Revenue means what the customer pays us for their subscription, excluding VAT and other taxes, and after refunds. Credit top-ups, one-off purchases and custom module fees aren’t included.

Terms
Who runs the programme
The Raq.com affiliate programme is run by Vu AI Ltd, the company that operates Raq.com. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Vu AI Ltd.
Who can apply
Creators, writers, consultants, web designers, IT support firms, coaches and anyone else with an audience or clients among small businesses. We review each application and may say no.
How attribution works
Your link carries a code that we store when a visitor lands on raq.com. If a visitor clicks more than one partner’s link, the first one counts. The visitor has to sign up in the same browser within 90 days of clicking. If we can’t match their sign-up to your link, we can’t pay for it. Once they’ve signed up, you earn on their subscription for 12 months from their first paid subscription invoice, whenever that is. You can’t use your own link for your own account, your family’s or your employer’s, and we won’t pay on accounts we reasonably believe you control.
When and how we pay
We work out commission each month from Stripe invoices. Once a customer’s payment has cleared and the 30-day refund window has passed, the commission is payable. We pay it the following month by bank transfer or PayPal, once you’re owed £50 or more. Smaller balances roll over. We pay in pounds sterling and convert dollar payments at the rate Stripe used for that payment.
What doesn’t count
- Free accounts, trials and free credit with no paid subscription.
- Payments that are refunded, fail or are disputed. If we’ve already paid commission on a refunded invoice, we take it off a later payment.
- Revenue after the 12-month period for that customer.
- Customers who were already Raq.com users before clicking your link.
- Subscriptions bought through the App Store in a Raq.com iPhone app, which Apple bills rather than us.
- Sign-ups from paid search ads that bid on the Raq.com name, from discount or coupon sites, from spam, or from any claim that misrepresents Raq.com.
Disclosure
You must make clear to your audience when a link is an affiliate link. In the UK that means something plain like “I earn a commission if you sign up” next to the link, before the click.
Tax
You’re responsible for your own tax on what we pay you.
Changes
We can change the commission rate or these terms, or end the programme. We’ll give you 30 days’ notice by email of any change that reduces what you earn, and customers you’ve already referred stay on the terms they were referred under for their first 12 months. We can end your membership, withhold commission and reverse payments where we reasonably believe the terms were broken. You’re an independent affiliate, not our employee or agent, and you can’t make promises on our behalf.
