In the Charter Desk example, a wedding quote is sent for signature from the day plan, and the deposit is due when the customer signs.
Your agents can work in it
Agents reach the module through the same MCP server as the rest of Raq.com, limited to what that person is allowed to see. Ask which batches are late at the anodiser and the answer comes from Travel Sheet.

Questions
What counts as one module?
One area of work with its own screens and data. A CRM is one module. A quoting tool is another. If your brief really covers two separate jobs we will say so before we build, and you can decide whether to add a second module.
What if you cannot build what I asked for?
We tell you within a working day, before you subscribe. Hardware installs, regulated payment handling and anything needing a third party we have no access to are the usual limits.
Do I have to know what I want in detail?
No. Most people start with a spreadsheet and a description of the problem. The mockup exists so you can react to something concrete rather than specify it up front.
Can it connect to systems I already run?
Yes. If your accounts, payroll, CRM or supplier systems have an API, your module can read from them and write back. Where you would rather be rid of something, it replaces it and we import the data.
What happens if I cancel?
The module keeps working until the end of the billing period, then it is switched off. Export your data before that and it is yours to keep.
