A module shaped around your work
Not a template you bend to fit. We build to your stages, your fields, your job numbers and the names your team already uses. If your process is unusual, that is the point.
$259 a month gets you a developer subscription and the software that comes out of it. Tell us what your business needs, we design and build it, and it appears in your Raq.com account beside the other tools. Your team just uses it.
No developer to hire. No code for you to write. No AI coding tool to babysit.
One monthly price for the design, the build, the hosting and every change after that.
Not a template you bend to fit. We build to your stages, your fields, your job numbers and the names your team already uses. If your process is unusual, that is the point.
Real software, built by our developers and reviewed before it reaches you. You are not left holding a half-working prototype from a coding tool that nobody understands.
Same login, same team, same permissions as the 65+ tools you already have. Your module can read and write the rest of your account, so it fits with your tasks, files, documents and automations instead of sitting to one side. It gets MCP built in as well, so Claude, ChatGPT or your own agents can use it the way they already use every other Raq.com module.
Most companies do not want to throw everything out. If your accounts, payroll, CRM or supplier systems have an API, your module can read from them and write back to them, so it augments what you have. Where you would rather be rid of something, it replaces it instead and we import the data.
Not just screens to type into. Approvals, reminders, emails, documents and hand-offs run from the module, and Raq.com Automations can trigger off what happens in it, so the process moves without somebody remembering to chase it.
When you want something different, you send a ticket in plain words. Most changes are built and live in your account that day or the next, with no quote to approve first.
Your team does not learn a second system or log in anywhere new. Your module opens in the same window as Task Board, CRM and the rest, with your own screens inside it.
Four different trades, four different modules. Whatever your company does all day, that is what yours would be about, customised to the way you work.
Then it keeps changing for as long as you subscribe.
Add the module on your billing page and write a short brief. Who uses it, what they do every day, what it has to replace. A spreadsheet or a rambling paragraph is plenty.
You see the screens and the flow before anything is built properly. Tell us what is wrong and we change it. Nothing gets built on a guess.
We build it out from the approved mockup and turn it on in your account. Your team logs in as normal and it is there in the sidebar. That is the usual pace; something genuinely large takes longer and we tell you at the mockup.
Real use always turns up things you did not think of. Send a ticket and we build it, usually the same day, for the same monthly price.
Or the software you were quoted five figures for. These are the modules businesses come to us with.
Your stages, your qualification questions, your reporting, without paying per seat for features nobody uses.
Jobs, sites, engineers, materials and sign-off in the order your business actually does them.
Your price book and your margin rules, producing the quote document you already send.
Who is where, what is booked, what moved and who needs telling.
What you hold, what is out on loan, what needs servicing and what is missing.
A place for your customers to see their own jobs, documents and approvals.
Purchase requests, timesheets or content going through the right people in the right order.
The numbers your management meeting actually asks for, built from your own data.
Import the data out of the software you are stuck with and carry on working.
Internal tools rarely are. Describe the job in your own words and we will send back a mockup of how it could work.
Per custom module. Cancel at the end of any billing period.
| Route | What it costs | Who keeps it running | Getting a change made |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hire a developer | A salary, or a day rate that passes $259 in half a day | You do, including hosting and cover when they leave | Depends who is free |
| An agency build | A project fee up front, then a support retainer | Them, while the retainer runs | Change request, quote, schedule |
| Build it yourself with AI coding tools | Cheap in licences, expensive in your own hours | You do, and you own every bug | You go back in and try again |
| Off-the-shelf software | Per user, per month, forever | The vendor | Ask, then wait for a roadmap that serves everyone else too |
| Raq.com custom module | $259 a month, build included | We do | Send a ticket, usually built that day |
Add the custom module on your billing page, write a few lines about the job it has to do, and you will have a mockup to look at within one working day.
