Record video, audio or your screen, or scan a pile of documents, on your phone or in the browser, then let your agent work with it.
Press record and talk: walk round a site, capture a meeting, leave a voice note or show how something works on screen. Recordings are saved as you go, even with no signal, and your agent can turn them into tasks, notes, reports or records in your other modules. Mark moments, take photos while filming, scan stacks of paper page by page and get transcripts and page text read on your phone. Higher plans can add AI transcripts and a short brief.

- Record the walk. Saved on the phone as you go, then uploaded when the signal came back.
- Read the transcript. Made on the phone, with three marked moments.
- Add the snags. Six tasks on the fit-out board, each linked to its moment.
The 12 minute walk had three marked moments. I added six tasks to the Tidewell fit-out board, each linked to the point in the recording where you mentioned it.
