Use Raq.com in Microsoft 365 Copilot

One agent package works across Microsoft 365 organisations. Download it here, then ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to upload and assign it. Raq.com does not need to prepare anything for your tenant.

For your Microsoft 365 administrator

Install the Raq.com agent

  1. 1

    Download the package

Use the button above. Do not unzip the file. The same package can be used by any Microsoft 365 tenant.

  2. 2

    Open the Copilot Control System

Open the Copilot Control System in the Microsoft 365 admin centre, then choose Agents.

  3. 3

    Upload and review it

Select Upload custom agent, choose the ZIP file and let Microsoft validate it. Check the agent name, supported products, permissions and capabilities.

  4. 4

    Assign users and finish deployment

Choose the users or groups, review the permissions, then select Finish deployment. Use Available to if people should install it themselves, or Deployed to to install it for them.

  5. 5

    Each user signs in once

The user opens Raq.com from the Agents list in Microsoft 365 Copilot. On the first request, Microsoft asks them to connect and sign in to Raq.com. Their existing Raq.com account access and permissions apply.

Microsoft controls custom-agent availability through each tenant's policies. If Upload custom agent is unavailable, a Microsoft 365 administrator must enable or perform the upload. See Microsoft's current upload guide.

How access is protected

The ZIP contains public app configuration and icons. It contains no Raq.com password, API token or customer secret.

Individual sign-in

Every person connects their own Raq.com user. Microsoft does not receive a shared organisation token.

Raq.com permissions apply

People can only reach the Raq.com accounts, modules and records that their signed-in user can access.

Actions are confirmed

Read-only requests can run after connection approval. Microsoft asks before calls that create, update, send or delete data, and Raq.com enforces that split on the server.

Ready for your Microsoft 365 administrator

Download the package and send this page with it. No tenant-specific setup by Raq.com is required.
