One place for every KPI
Each KPI lives on its own page with a progress chart, health indicator, and a full timeline of updates. You can set targets, baseline values, measurement types (percentages, numbers, currency, ratings), and review frequencies. Everything is visible to the person doing the work and the person managing it.

Meeting prep that writes itself
Managers get a meeting prep view for each team member. It summarises their active KPIs, flags anything that needs attention, and pulls together recent check-ins into a briefing you can review in two minutes. AI handles the summary so you can spend the actual meeting on the conversation, not the catch-up.
Team dashboard with real data
The team KPIs view shows how many people you manage, how many KPIs are active, and a health breakdown across on track, at risk, behind, and exceeded. A check-in trend chart shows whether the team is actually logging progress or going quiet. Export everything to CSV when you need it outside the tool.
Webhooks for automatic updates
Generate a webhook URL for any KPI and push values from external systems. If your CRM, analytics tool, or build system can send a POST request, it can update a KPI automatically. No manual data entry for metrics that are already tracked elsewhere.
Templates for consistency
Create KPI templates and assign them to team members in bulk. When you hire someone new or start a new quarter, templates give everyone the same starting point without recreating each goal from scratch.
Configurable reminders
