How Launchpad works

Type what you need or drop your files, and Launchpad figures out the rest. It routes tasks to the right tool, answers questions directly, and keeps a running log of everything happening across your workspace.

  • Ask anything: Get instant AI answers, summaries, or creative help. No need to open a separate chat tool for quick questions.
  • Automatic tool routing: Describe what you need and Launchpad sends the task to the right tool. Say "optimise these images to WebP" and your files go straight to the Image Optimiser.
  • Activity feed: See everything happening across your enabled tools in one chronological feed. Documents, images, forms, and more, all in one view.

Drop files, skip the navigation

Drag and drop files directly into Launchpad. It detects the file type and routes them to the appropriate tool automatically. Drop a batch of PNGs and they go to the Image Optimiser. Drop a PDF and it routes to E-Sign. No menus, no searching.

Multi-task in a single message

Launchpad understands multiple requests at once. Send a message like "optimise these images and explain the benefits of WebP" and it handles both: your images go to the Image Optimiser while an AI-generated explanation appears alongside them in the same thread.

Enable tools on the fly

If Launchpad routes a task to a tool you haven't enabled yet, it prompts you to turn it on with a single click. Enable it and the task continues right where you left off.

Voice input

Prefer speaking to typing? Tap the microphone and dictate your request. Launchpad transcribes your speech and processes it the same way it handles typed messages.
