Clause-by-clause comments

Every comment is attached to a specific clause reference and tagged with a severity (high, medium, low, info) and a category: risk, ambiguity, missing, favourable, or negotiation. You can filter by severity, by model, or by category to focus on what matters most.

Each model also produces general comments that apply to the document as a whole, covering structural observations and overall assessment.

Dismiss, select, and add your own notes

Not every AI comment is relevant. Dismiss the ones that do not apply and they fade out of view. Select the ones you want to act on. Add your own notes to any clause, with severity and category tags, and choose whether each note should be included in the email draft.

Generate a draft email

Once you have reviewed the comments and selected the concerns you want to raise, Contract Auditor generates a professional email draft addressed to the other party. The email references specific clauses, explains the issues, and suggests changes. Add extra context if needed, pick a model, and the draft is ready to copy.

Collaborate with your team

Contract Auditor is built for teams, not just individuals. Any team member with access can open a completed audit, read the AI comments, and add their own notes to any clause. Each note carries the author's name and a timestamp, so you can see who flagged what and when.

Mark notes for inclusion in the email draft, and the generated message will incorporate your team's observations alongside the AI findings. Private audits stay visible only to the creator. Team audits are visible to everyone on the account.
