Automations: Multi-Step Workflows That Run Themselves
The workflow canvas might look complex at first glance. Nodes, connections, branching paths. You never have to build any of it by hand, though. Describe what you want in plain English and the AI builds the entire workflow for you.
Tell the AI what you need
Click "Create with AI" and type something like "When a new form submission comes in, score the lead, and if it is high value, email the sales team with the details. Otherwise, wait two days and send a nurture email."
The AI generates a complete workflow: the trigger, every step, and all the connections between them. You can review it, tweak anything, or just activate it as-is. If you want to change something later, open the "Edit with AI" dialog and describe the change. No need to rewire anything manually.
What a workflow can do
A workflow starts with a trigger and runs through a series of steps. Triggers can be a schedule (every morning at 9), a webhook from an external service, an RSS feed, or something happening inside Raq.com (like a transcription finishing or a file being uploaded).
Steps handle the actual work. You can generate text or images with AI, send emails, call external services, pause for human approval, create task cards or CRM leads, and branch the flow based on conditions. Steps pass data to each other automatically, so one step can use the output of a previous one.
Human approval when it matters
Some things should not be fully automatic. The approval step pauses the workflow and sends a link to whoever needs to review it. They click approve or reject, and the workflow continues down the right path. The reviewer does not need a Raq.com account.
See everything that happened
Every run is logged step by step. You can see what triggered the workflow, what each step received and produced, how long it took, and whether anything failed. If a step does fail, you can configure automatic retries so transient issues resolve themselves.
Works with your AI tools
Automations is fully available through Launchpad and any AI assistant that supports MCP. That means you can ask your AI to create, edit, run, and monitor workflows conversationally, without opening the builder at all.
Included with every plan
Running workflows is free. You only use AI allocation when a workflow includes AI-powered steps like text generation, image creation, or transcription. Higher plans give you more AI usage across all tools. Start your free trial. No credit card required.
