Introducing AI Decisions in Raq.com

AI Decisions sorts incoming messages using questions you've saved in Raq.com. You can ask which team should handle an enquiry, whether the sender wants a reply, or how urgent it sounds. Automations can use the answers to route the message and flag uncertain results for someone to check.

Runs on Jev

Decisions run on Jev, a decision model from TypeSafe. It picks from options you define, answers yes/no questions and scores things on a scale. You set the confidence threshold for answers that need a person to check them.

We gave Jev and GPT-5.6 Luna the same question about 1,000 UK companies from FinUK: is this company worth a sales conversation for Vu.co.uk? They agreed on 925 after treating low-confidence answers as unclear. In that test, Jev finished in about a third of the time at roughly a quarter of the cost. We haven't independently checked which answers were right, so this compares speed, cost and agreement.

Set one up

Ask Supercomputer, or any assistant connected over MCP, for a decision that sorts website enquiries into sales, support and billing. It writes the questions and options, and you test it on a few real emails before switching it on. There are also ready-made decisions for routing enquiries, sorting customer feedback and prioritising support requests.

In the demo, Priya at Hartwell Logistics needs help because her contract ends on 30 September and her finance team won't pay the renewal invoice until it shows their new PO number. The enquiry routing decision picked billing, confirmed she wants a reply and marked it urgent because she named a deadline.

You set how sure it has to be. "Saw your stand at the Birmingham show. Interesting stuff." fits no queue, so it came back marked for a person with the reasons written out.

Use it in Automations

Add an AI Decision step to your automation and pass in the message from your form or inbox. Then use the answer in later steps to choose who gets the enquiry. For uncertain results, add a condition on the review flag and route that branch to a human approval step. You choose what happens after approval, including any email or record update.

AI Decisions is included with every plan and uses your plan's AI allowance.
