01THE WORKSPACE

Most teams don’t buy a business stack.
They accumulate one.

Small and medium-sized businesses often build their operating system piece by piece: a chat product, a task board, a signing service, a file-sharing account, a form builder and several AI subscriptions. Each has its own login, billing, permissions and data.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route through them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board — and leave the result where the team can inspect it.

The scattered way

  • Messaging app
  • Task board
  • File sharing
  • E-sign service
  • CRM
  • Three AI subscriptions

Six logins. Six bills. Six sets of permissions.

02WORKFLOWS ACROSS TOOLS

A job can start as a message and end as a signed agreement.

Because every tool lives in the same account, work passes freely between them — and an agent can move through the same chain, subject to permissions and approvals.

04AGENTS, BUILT IN

Agents work the account — not a chat window.

Many business products bolt a chatbot onto an existing app. Raq.com does the opposite: it exposes the tools themselves to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol, usually shortened to MCP.

An agent can list task boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch or read a project record — no simulated clicks. And because people use the same records through the browser, everything the agent does stays visible, reviewable and correctable.

Supercomputer

The built-in agent. Describe a job in plain English and Supercomputer selects and runs the right tools — no coding environment to configure.

Bring your own

Prefer Codex, Claude Code or another client? Connect it to the same account, files and team, and work against the same records.

Approvals

Sensitive or external actions can require explicit, two-stage approval — as in Ask My Agent and Voice Calls. Nothing crosses the boundary quietly.

05EXTEND THE PLATFORM

Two ways to make Raq.com yours.

Both routes sit beside the shared tools. The difference is who owns the build.

Self-built

Your coding agent builds a sandboxed application that runs inside Raq.com and talks to the account through approved, limited scopes.

Part of the managed offer: a first mock-up normally within one working day, and a working module within five working days or less after approval. One module covers one area of work — a quoting system and a CRM would normally count as two.

  • New accounts start with a free trial — no card required.
  • AI work draws from the account’s monthly AI allowance rather than unbounded usage.
  • Annual billing currently receives 5% off.
  • Upgrade at once, or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date.

07PRIVACY & SECURITY

Text AI that doesn’t train on your work.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Raq.com states that it does not train models on customer content.

Image, video and voice tools send the material a specialist job needs to its own provider, under that provider’s retention terms; completed media is downloaded to Raq.com’s storage.

  • TLS 1.3 for data in transit
  • AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest, on dedicated hardware
  • Dedicated servers in Hetzner’s German data centres for EU data residency
  • UK GDPR-aligned handling
  • Role-based permissions and audit logging
  • Optional two-factor authentication

Read the AI Privacy & Security page, the Privacy Policy and the Subprocessors list before assessing regulated or sensitive workloads.
