01 — Why Raq.com exists
Small and medium-sized businesses build their operating system by accumulation: a chat product, a task board, a signing service, file sharing, a form builder, a monitoring service — and several AI subscriptions on top. Each one brings its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history.
And when an AI agent arrives, it can only see one fragment of that setup — so its work disappears into a chat window or a terminal, leaving the team nothing to inspect, correct or build on.
Raq.com puts those jobs in one account. A task can start with a message, use a file, create a document, request approval and update a board — and the result stays where everyone, human or agent, can see it.

Many business products bolt a chatbot onto an existing app. Raq.com exposes its operational tools to agents through MCP, so they take structured actions against the account — while the browser stays right there for people to supervise and correct the work.

Files, tasks, approvals, messages and project notes don't need a new integration for every pair of products. Agents work across the whole account through one connection, subject to the permissions attached to it. That's continuity — and it's the point.

Access is account-scoped and tool access can be limited. Sensitive or external actions use explicit approvals — Ask My Agent supports structured person↔agent exchanges with two-stage approval, and Voice Calls is approval-controlled too.
Role-based access and audit records show who did what. Agent activity stays visible in the product — a shared operational record with normal interfaces for review, correction and hand-off.
Connect Codex, Claude Code or another compatible MCP client and work against the same account. Or don't configure anything at all — Supercomputer is built in.

Paid plans draw from a monthly AI allowance shown as AI usage. Different tools consume different amounts — a short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video cost differently. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal; non-AI tools keep working.
Managed modules are £190 or $259 per month per module, on top of your plan. Their AI features use your account's normal allowance. Upgrade any time; schedule a downgrade for your next billing date.
New accounts get a free trial with one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring — no card required. Your subscription moves as users join or leave.

Core text and chat requests use ZDR routes: model providers cannot keep your prompts or responses for training.
Raq.com does not train models on customer content.
Data moving between you and Raq.com travels over TLS 1.3.
