Fewer logins, bills and silos
Messages, boards, files, e-signatures, portals, CRM, support, monitoring and AI production live under one subscription — one login, one permission model, one audit history.
Business workspace · People + AI agents
Raq.com brings 70+ business and AI tools into one account. Your team works in the browser; Supercomputer, Claude Code and Codex work through MCP — on the same records, under the same permissions, with approvals where they matter.
Why Raq.com exists
Most teams build their operating system by accumulation — a chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a form builder and several AI subscriptions. Each has its own login, billing, permissions and history. Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into all of them.
Messages, boards, files, e-signatures, portals, CRM, support, monitoring and AI production live under one subscription — one login, one permission model, one audit history.
An agent connected to one tool is a novelty. Connected to the whole account, it can carry a job from the first message to the signed document — with the context it needs at every step.
Agent activity lands in boards, files and project records the team can inspect, amend and continue — a shared operational record, not output hidden in a chat or a terminal.
One shared record
Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol — structured operations like creating a card, uploading a file or sending a document for signature. No imitating clicks. A person can amend work an agent started; an agent can continue work a person began.
Your team, in the browser
Your agents, over MCP
MCP gives agents direct operations — list boards, create cards, upload files, run an image batch, read a project record — against the live account.
Tool access is account-scoped and can be limited. Sensitive or external actions — Ask My Agent exchanges, Voice Calls — sit behind explicit, two-stage human approval.
Role-based access and audit records show who — or what — did what. Results land where the team already works, ready for review, correction and hand-off.
Supercomputer is Raq.com's built-in agent. Describe a job in plain English and it chooses and runs the right tools — with the same account, files and team as any connected agent. No terminal, no configuration, no separate subscription.
Prefer your own stack? Connect Claude Code, Codex or another compatible client and work against the same account. And for longer jobs, Orchestrator, Nature Work, Agent Operator HQ and Priorities give operators supervision, hand-offs and a clear record.
The catalogue
Ordinary business software and specialist AI production, side by side in the same account — so an AI result can enter a normal company process instead of ending as text in a chat window.
The catalogue keeps growing. See the full, current list at raq.com/features.
In practice
Each tool is useful on its own, but the shared records are what make longer workflows possible. No integrations to wire, no exports to lose. Here are four that run every day.
01 — CLIENT ONBOARDING
A prospect completes a form. An Automation updates the CRM, opens an onboarding card and creates a Client Portal. E-Sign sends the agreement, and every file and decision stays with the account. An agent can check the whole chain and prepare anything missing.
02 — MARKETING PRODUCTION
Brand rules live in Brand Guidelines. Marketing Campaigns turns a brief into a plan, Ghostwriter and the media labs produce copy and assets, Creative Review collects the human decisions, and Social Scheduler publishes the approved versions.
03 — WEBSITE & SERVICE OPERATIONS
Website Build & Host creates or updates a site. Page Feedback collects review comments, SEO & AEO Checker reviews the result, Site Uptime and Page Watch keep watch, and Help Desk handles what comes in — each alert routed to the responsible person.
04 — AGENT-LED PROJECT WORK
A person records the outcome they want. Orchestrator starts the agent workflow, Agent Operator HQ and Nature Work show the live sessions, and Ask My Agent requests a human decision at every controlled boundary. The final files land in File Drop with the full history.
Extend the platform
Two separate extension routes, with the responsibility kept clear. Technically confident teams self-build with their own coding agent; everyone else can have Raq.com design, build and run bespoke software for a flat monthly fee.
Point Claude Code or Codex at a problem and ship an application that runs inside your account. Each tool lives in an isolated, sandboxed container — drafts stay private to their creator, published tools can be shared with the account, and access back into Raq.com uses approved, limited scopes.
Included with every Raq.com plan
A first-class module in your sidebar, designed, built, hosted, updated and maintained by Raq.com and Vu. First mock-up normally within one working day; a working module within five working days or less of approval. It can use your tasks, files, contacts, documents and Automations — and connect to outside systems with an API. Your data stays in your account and can be exported.
£190 per module, per month — on top of your plan
Privacy & security
Core text and chat AI uses Zero Data Retention routes by default, so model providers cannot keep your prompts or responses for training — and Raq.com does not train models on customer content. Handling is UK GDPR-aligned throughout.
Image, video and voice tools send only what each job needs to specialist providers, which operate under their own API retention terms — so the text-AI Zero Data Retention statement is not blanket-applied to media tools. Assessing Raq.com for regulated data? Read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security page and Subprocessors list.
Core text and chat requests use ZDR provider routes unless you choose otherwise in AI Privacy settings.
Raq.com states that it does not train models on customer content. Your work is your work.
TLS 1.3 for data in transit; AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest on dedicated hardware.
Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres, with UK GDPR-aligned handling.
Role-based permissions and audit records show who did what — people and agents alike.
Continuous monitoring with a defined incident-response process, plus optional two-factor authentication.
