One account · 70+ tools · Built for people and agents

One workspace for the people and the agents doing the work.

Raq.com puts messages, boards, projects, files, documents, CRM, support, monitoring and AI production in a single business account. Your team works in the browser. Codex, Claude Code and the built-in Supercomputer agent work through MCP — on the same records, under the same permissions, leaving the same visible trail.

No card required. The trial allows one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring.

  • 75public tools, included in every paid plan
  • MCPnative agent access to the same account
  • £14per user, per month to start
  • EUdata residency on dedicated hardware

Why it exists

Most companies build their operating system by accumulation.

A chat product. A task board. A signing service. A file-sharing account. A form builder. A monitoring service. Then several AI subscriptions. Each one arrives with its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history.

An AI agent becomes far less useful when it can only see one piece of that setup. Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into all of them — so a task can start as a message, use a file from File Drop, produce a document, request an approval, update a board, and leave the result where the team can inspect it.

We don't claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product. Our comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements. Keep the specialist systems you need and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

One workspace, two surfaces

People get interfaces. Agents get operations.
Both work on the same record.

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol. An agent doesn't imitate clicks in a browser — it calls the operation directly. Meanwhile a person can see, amend or continue anything an agent has done.

Surface 01

For people — the browser

Normal interfaces for normal work. Write messages, manage boards, upload files, review generated media, approve requests, edit documents and inspect reports. Role-based access and audit records show who did what.

  • Accounts for a person, company, client or project group
  • Users belong to several accounts and switch between them
  • Data, tools, permissions and AI usage scoped per account

Surface 02

For agents — MCP

Structured operations: list task boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record. Agent work stays visible in the product rather than hidden inside a chat window or a terminal.

  • Account-scoped access with limitable tool permissions
  • Explicit approvals for sensitive or external actions
  • Ask My Agent adds two-stage approval; Voice Calls is approval-controlled

Supercomputer & agent operations

Describe the job in plain English. Or supervise a room full of terminals.

Selected tools for this job

  • Market Intel
  • AI Pro Reasoning
  • Pretty Docs
  • Creative Review
  • Task Board
  • Team Comms

The same account, the same files and the same team as a connected external agent — without asking a non-technical user to configure a coding environment.

Automations

Multi-step workflows across Raq.com tools. React to an event, move data, ask AI to prepare material, send it for approval, continue after the decision.

Orchestrator

Repeatable, templated workflows running across managed Codex and Claude sessions.

Nature Work

Connects local terminal sessions to a browser-based viewer, with keyboard and supported controller input, so an operator can supervise work away from the desk.

Agent Operator HQ

A full-screen, multi-terminal control room with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

Priorities

Separates work into human, mixed and agent-owned tasks, so the operator can see where attention is actually needed.

These products are aimed at agent operations rather than ordinary chat. They deal with execution, supervision, approvals, hand-offs — and the record left behind.

The catalogue

70+ tools. One subscription. Every one of them included.

Some tools fit more than one group. Every public tool is part of every paid plan — higher plans raise AI usage and service limits rather than unlocking the catalogue.

How the tools work together

A single tool is useful. Shared records make the long jobs possible.

Four ordinary chains of work, each running end to end inside one account.

  1. 01

    A prospect completes a form.

    Form Builder
  2. 02

An automation creates or updates the record and opens an onboarding card.

Automations · CRM · Task Board
  3. 03

A branded portal is created and the agreement goes out for signature.

    Client Portal · E-Sign
  4. 04

The signed document and client uploads land in the account's files.

    File Drop
  5. 05

Discussion and next actions stay with the work, where an agent can check the chain.

Extending the platform

Two ways to build what isn't in the catalogue.

The distinction matters, because the commercial responsibility, the runtime and the support model are different in each case.

Custom Tools compared with Custom Modules
Aspect Custom Tool Included with your plan Custom Module £190 / $259 per module, per month
Who builds it You, or your coding agent Raq.com and Vu
Runtime A sandboxed application in an isolated container A native module inside the Raq.com product
Product fit A self-built application embedded into the account A first-class, account-specific module in the normal sidebar
Maintenance You own the application work We design, build, host, update and maintain it while subscribed
Access Draft and published visibility with scoped permissions Explicit access for your account and its team permissions
Agent access Approved Raq.com operations through scoped MCP access An MCP surface can be built in alongside the screens and workflows

Custom Tools

For customers who want their own coding agent to make the application. Each tool runs in an isolated container. Drafts stay with their creator; published tools can be shared with the account, and outbound access back into Raq.com uses approved, limited scopes.

We supply the place to run it and the connection into the account. The development work stays yours.

Custom Modules

A managed software service. You describe the workflow, we review it and produce a first mock-up — normally within one working day, with a working module within five working days of approval. Larger jobs are identified at the mock-up stage.

The monthly fee covers design, development, hosting, maintenance and changes requested while you subscribe. A module can use the account's tasks, files, contacts, documents and Automations, and can connect to outside systems with an API. Your data stays in your account and can be exported.

One module covers one area of work. A CRM and a quoting system would normally be two modules, though modules on the same account can share data. See Custom Modules.

How AI usage works

AI work draws from your account's monthly allowance, shown as usage rather than internal credit accounting. A short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video cost very different amounts, so the pricing page gives examples per tool instead of one universal request count. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change — non-AI tools carry on.

Changing plan

Upgrade immediately, or schedule a downgrade for your next billing date. The total changes as users join or leave the account. Custom Modules sit outside the plan price, and their AI features use the account's normal allowance.

Prices exclude VAT where applicable and can change. Confirm the current pricing on raq.com before relying on these figures.

Privacy & security

We'd rather be precise than reassuring.

Raq.com handles core text AI differently from image, video and voice providers, and we describe the difference plainly instead of applying one claim to everything.

Core text & chat

Zero Data Retention routes by default

Under those routes the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. You can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models that don't support this protection. Live web search has its own setting, because a current-information lookup may need a standard provider route.

Media, voice & transcription

A different route, described honestly

Image and video tools send the prompt and the parameters needed to generate. Voice and transcription tools send the text or audio needed for the job. We download completed media to our own storage. Those providers operate under their own API retention terms, so the text-AI Zero Data Retention statement should not be applied to every media tool.

On the record

  • We do not train models on customer content
  • TLS 1.3 for data in transit
  • AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest on dedicated hardware
  • Role-based permissions and audit logging
  • Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres for EU data residency
  • UK GDPR-aligned handling
  • Optional two-factor authentication
  • Continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process

Our own service records for billing and reliability are kept separately from AI provider handling. Assessing Raq.com for regulated or sensitive data? Read the Privacy Policy, the AI Privacy & Security page and the subprocessors list, then map your own legal and sector requirements onto the specific tools you plan to use.

Good fits and boundaries

Where Raq.com is strong — and where it isn't.

+ A good fit for

  • Small teams that want fewer separate subscriptions and logins
  • Companies already using Codex, Claude Code or other agents for operational work
  • Agencies managing several client accounts and projects
  • Operators who need human approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity
  • Businesses with an awkward spreadsheet or internal process that suits a Custom Module
  • Teams needing a broad set of occasional tools without buying a specialist product for each

A weaker fit when

  • You need the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system
  • You have a fixed enterprise stack that cannot expose APIs
  • You must meet a regulatory requirement not yet validated against our current controls

In those cases Raq.com can still sit around the existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module — but the connection and compliance work needs assessment first. We'd rather say that up front.

Built by Vu, in Solihull.

Raq.com is built by Vu, an AI and software company based in Solihull, United Kingdom. Phil Webb is CEO and co-founder. Alex Hawke is CTO and co-founder, and leads the product and engineering work.
