Most companies build their software estate by accumulation. An agent becomes less useful when it can see only one piece of the setup.

02 Why Raq exists

A chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a file account, a form builder, a monitoring service and several AI subscriptions — each with its own login, billing, permissions and audit history.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it. The product is built around this continuity between tools.

We don't claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product. The value is the breadth of useful tools, the shared account and the agent layer across them — and you can keep specialist systems where needed, connected through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

03 The operating model

One workspace, four load-bearing ideas.

A —

The tools share an account

Work belongs to an account — a person, company, client or project group. Users can belong to more than one account and switch between them; data, tools, permissions and AI usage are scoped to the selected account.

Files, tasks, approvals, messages and project notes don't need a new integration for every pair of products. Role-based access and audit records show who did what.

Agents are part of the product, not bolted on

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol. MCP gives an agent structured operations — list a board, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch — so it never needs to imitate clicks in a browser.

The browser and agent surfaces work against the same records. A person can amend work created by an agent; an agent can continue work started by a person. Work stays visible in the product rather than hidden inside a chat or terminal.

Supercomputer, the built-in agent

Describe a job in plain English and Supercomputer chooses and runs suitable Raq.com tools, working with the same account, files and team as any connected agent. Non-technical users get an agent route without configuring a coding environment.

Prefer your own agent? Connect Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client and work against the same account.

Approvals, supervision and the record

Sensitive or external actions can require explicit approval. Ask My Agent runs structured exchanges between a person and an agent with two-stage approval controls; Voice Calls is approval-controlled too.

For longer agent jobs, Orchestrator runs templated workflows across Codex and Claude sessions, Nature Work and Agent Operator HQ put live sessions under an operator's eye, and Priorities separates human, mixed and agent-owned work so attention lands where it's needed.

05 Worked examples

How the rooms connect.

A single tool is useful on its own; the shared records are what allow longer workflows. Four sequences drawn from real Raq.com working patterns.

Client onboarding

A prospect fills in a form and, without anyone rekeying anything, ends the week with a signed agreement, a portal and an internal record of every step. An agent can check the whole chain and prepare anything missing.

Starts with
A completed Form Builder form
Tools
Form Builder, Automations, CRM, Task Board, Client Portal, E-Sign, File Drop, Team Comms
Human decision
The client signs; the team approves next actions
Record left
Signed document, client uploads, board card and discussion — all in the account
SEQ. 01
  1. Form BuilderProspect completes an intake form.
  2. AutomationCreates or updates the CRM record, opens an onboarding Task Board card, creates a Client Portal.
  3. E-SignSends the agreement; the client signs with a full audit record.
  4. File Drop + Team CommsSigned document and uploads stored; internal discussion and next actions retained.

Marketing production

The team stores its rules once, then briefs work in its own words. Copy, images and video are produced across models, decided in one place, and published only after approval.

Starts with
A campaign brief plus stored Brand Guidelines
Tools
Brand Guidelines, Marketing Campaigns, Rewriter, Ghostwriter, AI Image Lab, AI Video Lab, Creative Review, Social Scheduler
Human decision
Creative Review collects the team's choices before anything ships
Record left
The plan, the alternatives, the decisions and the published posts
SEQ. 02
  1. Brand GuidelinesThe team's visual and written rules, stored once.
  2. Marketing CampaignsTurns the brief into a plan, forms, copy and automations.
  3. Labs + WritersRewriter and Ghostwriter draft copy; AI Image Lab and AI Video Lab produce media in batches.
  4. Creative ReviewOne place to compare options and record decisions.
  5. Social SchedulerPrepares channel-specific versions and publishes after approval.

Website & service operations

The site is built, reviewed, monitored and supported inside the same account — so every alert, comment and support message can be routed to the person responsible.

Starts with
A new or updated site via Website Build & Host
Tools
Website Build & Host, Page Feedback, SEO & AEO Checker, Site Uptime, Page Watch, Help Desk, Website Chatbox AI
Human decision
Review comments resolved before changes go live
Record left
Incidents, content changes, tickets and feedback, each linked to an owner
SEQ. 03
  1. Website Build & HostCreates or updates the site.
  2. Page FeedbackFreezes the page for pinned written or voice review comments.
  3. SEO & AEO CheckerReviews search performance and visibility to AI systems.
  4. Site Uptime + Page WatchMonitor availability and record exact content changes.
  5. Help Desk + Chatbox AIHandle incoming support; automations route alerts to the right person.

Agent-led project work

A person records the outcome; agents do the running. Supervision stays human, approvals stay explicit, and the task record carries the result and its history.

Starts with
A desired outcome recorded in Priorities or a Task Board
Tools
Priorities, Task Board, Orchestrator, Nature Work, Agent Operator HQ, Ask My Agent, File Drop, Project Base
Human decision
Ask My Agent requests sign-off at controlled boundaries
Record left
Final files in File Drop or Project Base; the task carries result and history
SEQ. 04
  1. Priorities / Task BoardThe outcome is written down where the team can see it.
  2. OrchestratorStarts the relevant workflow across Codex and Claude sessions.
  3. Nature Work / Operator HQLive terminal sessions stay under an operator's supervision.
  4. Ask My AgentRequests a human decision when work reaches a controlled boundary.
  5. File Drop / Project BaseFinal files land where the team works; the record stays inspectable.

06 Extensions

When the catalogue isn't enough, extend the building.

Two separate routes, with the commercial responsibility kept deliberately clear: build a room yourself, or have us design, build and maintain one for you.

Self-build

Custom Tools

Your own coding agent builds an application that runs inside Raq.com. Each tool runs in an isolated container — drafts visible only to their creator, published tools shareable with the account, and outbound access back into Raq.com through approved, limited scopes.

Custom Modules

Describe the workflow and Raq.com designs, builds, hosts and maintains a native module for your account — first mock-up normally within one working day, a working module within five working days or less after approval. Changes during the subscription are included, your data stays in the account and can be exported.

One module covers one area of work with its own screens and data — a CRM and a quoting system would normally be two modules, though modules on the same account can share data. A module can use the account's tasks, files, contacts, documents and Automations, and connect to outside systems with an API. Details at raq.com/custom.

Free trial, no card. New accounts get one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring before choosing a plan.

AI usage, plainly shown. AI work draws from a monthly allowance — shown as usage, not internal credit accounting. If it runs out, AI tools pause until renewal; non-AI tools carry on.

Fair mechanics. Annual billing earns a 5% discount. Upgrade at once or schedule a downgrade; the subscription changes as users join or leave. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

08 Privacy & security

Built for work you can't afford to leak.

Core text and chat AI uses Zero Data Retention routes by default — the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Raq.com does not train models on customer content.

Image, video and voice tools send only what the job needs to specialist providers, which operate under their own API retention terms; completed media is downloaded to Raq.com's own storage. Live web search has its own setting, because current-information lookups may need a standard provider route.
