01 / Why it exists

Prepared for teams already running Codex or Claude Code

The problem

Most companies build their operating system by accumulation. A chat product, a task board, a signing service, a file account, a form builder, a monitoring service and several AI subscriptions — each with its own login, billing, permissions and audit history.

An AI agent becomes far less useful when it can see only one piece of that setup. Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into all of them, so a task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, produce a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it.

Raq.com does not claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product; its comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements. The value is breadth, a shared account and an agent layer across the lot. Keep the specialist systems you need and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

03 / People and agents

Model Context Protocol · Account-scoped · Approval-controlled

The browser
and the agent
hit the same
records.

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through MCP, so an agent gets structured operations — list the task boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record — instead of imitating clicks in a browser.

A person can see and amend work an agent created. An agent can continue work a person started. Access is scoped to the selected account, tool access can be limited, and sensitive or external actions can require explicit approval: Ask My Agent runs two-stage approvals between a person and an agent, and Voice Calls is approval-controlled as well.

Prefer not to configure a coding environment? Supercomputer, the built-in agent, takes a plain-English description and picks the platform tools itself — same account, same files, same team as a connected external agent.

Priorities · three lanes of work

Human-owned

  • Decisions and approvals that a person must sign off
  • Client conversations in Team Comms and Help Desk
  • Judgement calls on Creative Review submissions

Mixed

  • Drafting in Ghostwriter or Rewriter, chosen by a person
  • Contract review where the model comments and a person decides
  • Campaign work prepared by AI, published after approval

Agent-owned

  • Record keeping across CRM, boards and Project Base
  • Batch production in the image, video and document tools
  • Monitoring and follow-up through Automations

Worked example

Client onboarding, start to signed file, without a single integration between products.

Step 01

Form Builder

A prospect completes the intake form on your branded form.

Step 02

Automations

An Automation creates or updates the CRM record and opens the onboarding card.

Step 03

Client Portal

A magic-link workspace goes out for files, questions and approvals.

Step 04

E-Sign

The agreement is sent, signed and returned with its audit record.

Step 05

The record

Documents and uploads land in the account’s files; the board and Team Comms hold the discussion and next actions. An agent can audit the whole chain and prepare whatever is missing.

04 / Agent operations

Execution, supervision, hand-offs and the record left behind

Long jobs

Built for
running agents,
not chatting
with them.

A

Orchestrator

Runs templated, repeatable workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions, so the same job can be started again without rebuilding it.

B

Nature Work

Connects local terminal sessions to a browser-based viewer with keyboard and supported controller input, so an operator can supervise work away from the desk.

C

Agent Operator HQ

A full-screen command view of several agent terminals at once, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

D

Priorities

Separates human, mixed and agent-owned tasks so the operator can see exactly where attention is needed today.

05 / Extending the platform

Two routes with different commercial responsibility

Build it
yourself, or
have it built.

When the catalogue does not cover a job, Raq.com has two separate extension models. The runtime, the maintenance and the bill are different in each, so the distinction matters before you start.

Custom Tool

Included with a Raq.com plan

Custom Module

£190 / $259 per module per month

Who builds it

The customer, or the customer’s coding agent.

Raq.com and Vu, from your description of the workflow.

Runtime

An isolated, sandboxed container hosted by the Custom Tools system.

A native module inside the product, in the normal sidebar.

Maintenance

You own the application work. Raq.com supplies the place to run it and the connection into the account.

Design, development, hosting, maintenance and changes are covered while you subscribe.

Access

Draft tools stay with their creator; published tools can be shared across the account with scoped permissions.

Explicit access for your account, under your team’s permissions.

Agent access

Approved Raq.com operations through limited, scoped MCP access.

An MCP surface can be built into the module beside its screens and workflows.

Timing

As fast as your own agent can build and publish it.

The current public offer: a first mock-up normally within one working day, and a working module within five working days or less after approval. Larger jobs are identified at the mock-up stage.

07 / Privacy and security

Text AI and media providers are handled differently — deliberately

Zero data
retention by
default on
core text AI.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. You can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models that do not support that protection, and live web search has its own setting because current-information lookups may need a standard provider route.

Image, video, voice and transcription tools send the prompt, parameters or audio a specialist provider needs for the job, and Raq.com downloads the finished media to its own storage. Those providers operate under their own API retention terms, so the text-AI Zero Data Retention statement should not be applied to every media tool. Raq.com does not train models on customer content.

Assessing Raq.com for regulated or sensitive data? Read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security page and Subprocessors list, then map your own legal and sector requirements onto the specific tools you plan to use.

Fit

Raq.com suits small teams cutting subscriptions, agencies running several client accounts, and operators who need approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity.

It is a weaker fit when you need the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system, when a fixed enterprise stack cannot expose APIs, or when a regulatory requirement has not been validated against Raq.com’s current controls. In those cases Raq.com can still sit around the existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module — but the connection and compliance work needs assessing first.
