Raq.com has two extension models, suited to different kinds of need.
Custom Tools let your own coding agent build a sandboxed application that runs inside your account. You direct and maintain the build; Raq.com provides the runtime and the connection to your account data.
Custom Modules are a managed service. Describe the workflow; Raq.com reviews it and normally returns a first mock-up within one working day. A working module typically follows within five working days of approval. Design, development, hosting and ongoing changes are included in the monthly fee.
Privacy & security
Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default — the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Raq.com does not train models on customer content.
EU data lives on dedicated Hetzner servers in Germany. UK GDPR-aligned handling throughout.
Image, video and voice tools send prompts and media to specialist providers under their own API retention terms. The Zero Data Retention statement applies to core text AI routes. Assess specific tools against your regulatory requirements before use.
