RAQ Raq

Business workspace · people + agents

One account. Seventy tools. Shared work.

Raq combines team messaging, boards, files, CRM, e-signatures, client portals, forms, support, document production, media generation, research and automation under one account. People and agents work against the same records.

Work that stays visible.

Teams often accumulate separate services for chat, task boards, files, signing, forms and AI. Each has its own login, billing and audit trail. An agent becomes less useful when it can only see one piece.

Raq puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it. The product is built around continuity between tools.

Agents access the same tools through Model Context Protocol. A person can see and amend work created by an agent, and an agent can continue work started by a person. Access is account-scoped, with role-based permissions and approval controls for sensitive actions.

Agent layer

Supercomputer, and yours.

Supercomputer is Raq’s built-in agent. Describe a job in plain English and it selects suitable platform tools using the same account, files and team as connected external agents.

Customers who prefer another agent can connect Codex, Claude Code or a compatible client. MCP gives structured operations such as listing boards, creating cards, uploading files, or running image batches. Sensitive actions can require explicit approval.

Orchestrated work

Orchestrator, Nature Work and Agent Operator HQ support longer agent jobs with supervision, approvals and a shared record.

Automations

Multi-step workflows react to events, move data, prepare material with AI, send for approval and continue after a decision.

Workflows that stay in one place

01

Client onboarding

Form Builder captures the prospect, Automation creates the CRM record and onboarding board, Client Portal is opened, E-Sign sends the agreement. Files and signed documents land in the account; the team sees the history.

02

Marketing production

Brief stored in Brand Guidelines. Marketing Campaigns plans the work, copy is drafted, media generated in AI Image Lab and AI Video Lab, decisions collected in Creative Review, Social Scheduler publishes after approval.

03

Agent-led project

Outcome recorded in Priorities or Task Board. Orchestrator starts the workflow. Ask My Agent requests human decisions at controlled boundaries. Results go to File Drop or Project Base with a complete audit trail.

Raq does not train models on customer content. Controls include TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest on dedicated hardware in Hetzner German data centres, role-based permissions, audit logging, UK GDPR-aligned handling and optional two-factor authentication.
