One
workspace
for your
entire
business
70+ business and AI tools under one account — team messaging, tasks, CRM, documents, AI generation and agent operations — with a shared record that keeps your people and your agents in step.
The proposition
Your business spread work across a dozen logins. Raq.com puts it back together.
Small and medium-sized businesses often build their operating system by accumulation — a chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a file-sharing account, a form builder and several AI subscriptions. Each with its own login, billing, permissions and audit history.
Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, use a file, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it. The product is built around this continuity between tools.
One account
Your team's tools, data, permissions and AI usage — scoped to one account boundary. Switch between companies or projects without switching products.
Browser and MCP
Normal interfaces for people, structured operations for agents. The browser and the agent work against the same records, with shared visibility for review and hand-off.
Shared record
Agent activity remains visible in the workspace — not hidden inside a chat or terminal. Inspect, correct and continue work across people and systems.
Files, tasks,
approvals, messages
and AI — in one
shared record.

Agent-native
Agents work
in your account,
not beside it
Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol. MCP gives an agent structured operations — listing boards, creating cards, uploading files, running batches — rather than imitating clicks in a browser.
The browser and agent surfaces work against the same records. A person can see and amend work created by an agent. An agent can continue work started by a person. Access is account-scoped, and sensitive actions can require explicit approval.
How MCP works →Supercomputer
Raq.com's built-in agent. Describe a task in plain English and Supercomputer selects suitable platform tools. It works with the same account, files and team as connected external agents — no coding environment required.
Codex & Claude Code
Connect a compatible coding agent and work against the same Raq.com account. Your agent uses the same tools and data as your team, subject to permissions and approval controls.
Orchestration
Orchestrator runs templated workflows across Codex and Claude sessions. Nature Work connects terminal sessions to a browser viewer. Agent Operator HQ presents several agent terminals in one command view with live supervision.
Approval controls
Ask My Agent supports structured exchanges between a person and an agent with two-stage approval. Voice Calls is approval-controlled. Tool access can be limited per connection. The team retains visibility over all agent activity.
How it connects
Tools that share an account can do longer work
Client onboarding
- 01 A prospect completes a Form Builder form.
- 02 An Automation creates the CRM record and opens a Task Board card.
- 03 A Client Portal is created. E-Sign sends the agreement.
- 04 Signed documents and uploads go into File Drop. Team Comms retains the internal discussion.
- 05 An agent can check the whole chain and prepare anything missing.
Marketing production
- 01 The team stores rules in Brand Guidelines and starts a campaign brief.
- 02 Marketing Campaigns prepares the plan. Rewriter or Ghostwriter produces copy.
- 03 AI Image Lab and AI Video Lab produce media. Creative Review collects decisions.
- 04 Social Scheduler prepares channel-specific versions and publishes after approval.
Agent-led project work
- 01 A person records the desired outcome in Priorities or a Task Board.
- 02 Orchestrator starts the relevant agent workflow across managed sessions.
- 03 Agent Operator HQ shows active terminals. Ask My Agent requests a human decision at controlled boundaries.
- 04 Final files go to File Drop or Project Base. The task record carries the result and history.
Extend the platform
Two routes to
custom work
When the standard catalogue does not cover a workflow, Raq.com offers two separate extension models. The distinction matters — responsibility, runtime and support are different.
Custom Tool
Your own coding agent builds a sandboxed application that runs inside your Raq.com account. Raq.com supplies the runtime and the connection into your account — you own the build.
- Who builds it
- You or your coding agent
- Cost
- Included with your plan
- Runtime
- Sandboxed container, hosted through Custom Tools

- You own the application work
Custom Module
A managed software service. You describe the workflow, Raq.com designs, builds, hosts and maintains a native module that sits in your sidebar alongside the standard tools.
- Who builds it
- Raq.com and Vu
- Cost
- £190 / $259 per month per module, on top of your plan
- Runtime
- Native module inside the Raq.com product
- Maintenance
- Included — design, development, hosting, updates

AI Privacy & Security →TLS 1.3 in transit
All data encrypted during transmission.
AES-256 at rest
Full-disk encryption on dedicated hardware.
EU data residency
Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres.
Role-based access
Scoped permissions and audit logging.
UK GDPR aligned
Handling aligned to UK GDPR requirements.
Two-factor auth
Optional 2FA for all user accounts.
Who it's for
Small teams that want fewer separate subscriptions and logins
Companies already using Codex, Claude Code or other agents for operational work
Agencies managing several client accounts and projects
Operators who need human approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity
Businesses with an awkward spreadsheet or internal process that suits a Custom Module
Teams that need a broad set of occasional tools without buying a specialist product for each one
