01The premise

Most companies build their workspace by accumulation.

An agent is only as useful as what it can see.

A chat product here, a task board there. A signing service, a file-sharing account, a form builder, a monitoring service and several AI subscriptions — each with its own login, billing, permissions and audit history. An AI agent becomes far less useful when it can reach only one piece of that setup.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it. Agent activity stays visible in the product — a shared operational record, not work hidden inside a chat window or a terminal.

Raq.com doesn’t claim feature-for-feature parity with every mature specialist product. The value is the breadth of useful tools, the shared account and the agent layer across them — and where you need a specialist system, it can connect through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

03The agent layer

Agents are staff here, not visitors.

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol. An agent gets structured operations — list boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch — instead of imitating clicks. It works against the same records as your team, scoped to the account, limited by tool access, with explicit approvals for sensitive or external actions.

Prefer plain English to a terminal? Supercomputer, the built-in agent, takes a described job and chooses suitable Raq.com tools itself. Already running Codex or Claude Code? Connect them and work against the same account.

  • People can see and amend work created by agents; agents can continue work started by people.
  • Ask My Agent exchanges structured requests with two-stage approval controls.
  • Voice Calls is approval-controlled before an assistant ever dials.
  • Role-based access and audit records show who — or what — did what.

  • Supercomputer Describe the job in plain English; the built-in agent selects and runs the tools. Built in
  • Orchestrator Runs templated workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions. Workflows
  • Nature Work Connects terminal sessions to a browser viewer for supervision away from the desk. Supervision
  • Agent Operator HQ Several agent terminals in one command view, with keyboard controls and a live message queue. Command

04Worked examples

Shared records make long workflows short.

  1. Form BuilderA prospect completes an intake form.
  2. AutomationsThe CRM record updates; an onboarding card opens on the Task Board.
  3. Client PortalA branded, magic-link workspace goes out for files, questions and approvals.
  4. E-SignThe agreement is sent for signature, with a full audit record.
  5. File Drop & Team CommsSigned documents and uploads land in the account; the discussion stays with the work.

Client onboarding

Every step leaves its result where the next step — human or agent — can pick it up. An agent can check the whole chain and prepare anything missing before your team ever opens the file.

Starts with
A completed Form Builder form
Ends with
A signed agreement on the account record
Integrations built
None — the tools already share the account
  1. Priorities / Task BoardA person records the desired outcome.
  2. OrchestratorThe relevant agent workflow starts across Codex and Claude sessions.
  3. Nature Work · Agent Operator HQLive terminal sessions stay visible and supervisable.
  4. Ask My AgentThe job pauses at a controlled boundary and requests a human decision.
  5. File Drop / Project BaseFinal files are delivered; the task record carries the result and history.
Plate BAgent-led project workSupervised, approved, recorded

Agent-led project work

Execution, supervision, approvals, hand-offs — and the record left behind. The operator sees where attention is needed; the agent does the miles in between.

Starts with
An outcome written down by a person
Ends with
Delivered files and an inspectable history
Human control

Annual billing currently receives a 5% discount. Upgrade at once, or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date.

Free trial with no card required: one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring. If the monthly AI allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal — non-AI tools carry on.

Different tools draw different amounts of AI usage — a short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video have different provider costs. Worked examples on the pricing page.

07Privacy & security

Built on dedicated ground.

Core text and chat AI uses Zero Data Retention routes by default — the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Image, video and voice tools use specialist providers under their own API retention terms, and Raq.com says so plainly rather than blurring the two. Raq.com does not train models on customer content.
