Raq.com — business workspace

Everything the business runs on, open to your agents.

More than 70 business and AI tools live in one account — boards, files, CRM, portals, signatures, support, monitoring, documents and media. Your team works in the browser. Codex, Claude Code and the built-in Supercomputer agent work through the same tools and the same records.

Fig. A.00 — Account plan. One boundary holds a team's users, data, permissions and AI usage. People move through it in the browser; agents call the same tools over MCP, and sensitive or external actions pass an approval gate.
A.01 Why it exists

Most companies build their operating system by accumulation.

A chat product. A task board. A signing service. A file-sharing account. A form builder. A monitoring service. Several AI subscriptions. Each one arrives with its own login, its own billing, its own permissions, its own data and its own audit history.

An AI agent becomes far less useful when it can see only one piece of that arrangement. Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into all of them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, produce a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it.

The platform does not claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product. Its comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements. Keep the specialist systems you depend on and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

The Raq.com shape

  • One account · 70+ tools · people and agents

Files, tasks, approvals, messages and project notes share a record, so a pair of tools does not need a new integration to work together.

A.02 The catalogue, by job

Seventy-five tools, one subscription.

Every public tool is included in every paid plan. Higher plans raise the monthly AI allowance and the service limits rather than unlocking a different catalogue. Some tools sensibly belong to more than one group.

A.03 Work that crosses tools

A single tool is useful. The shared record is the point.

Three ordinary processes, drawn as they actually run. Each one starts in one tool, passes through several others and leaves its result somewhere a person can inspect it — whether a person or an agent did the work.

Workflow 01

Client onboarding

A prospect completes a form. An Automation creates or updates the CRM record, opens an onboarding card and creates a Client Portal. E-Sign sends the agreement. The signed document and the client's uploads go into the account's files, while the board and the message thread keep the internal discussion and the next actions. An agent can check the whole chain and prepare anything missing.

Workflow 02

Marketing production

The team keeps its rules in Brand Guidelines and starts with a brief. Marketing Campaigns prepares the plan. Ghostwriter or Rewriter produces the copy while AI Image Lab and AI Video Lab produce the media, and Creative Review collects the decisions in one place rather than in a thread of attachments. Social Scheduler prepares channel-specific versions and publishes after approval.

Workflow 03

Agent-led project work

A person records the outcome they want in Priorities or on a Task Board. Orchestrator starts the relevant workflow across managed sessions. Nature Work or Agent Operator HQ shows what those sessions are doing, and Ask My Agent requests a human decision when the job reaches a controlled boundary. Files land in File Drop or Project Base, and the task record carries the result and the history.

A.04 The agent layer

Most products bolt a chatbot on. This one hands over the tools.

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol. An agent receives structured operations — list the boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record — instead of imitating clicks in a browser.

The browser and the agent work against the same records. A person can amend work an agent created; an agent can continue work a person started. Nothing important is hidden inside a chat window or a terminal.

Supercomputer is the built-in agent, for people who would rather describe a job in plain English than configure a coding environment. Teams already running Codex or Claude Code connect them to the same account instead.

01

Orchestrator

Repeatable, templated workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions.

02

Nature Work

Local terminal sessions connected to a browser viewer, so work can be supervised away from the desk.

03

Agent Operator HQ

Several agent terminals in one command view, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

04

Priorities

Human, mixed and agent-owned work kept apart, so an operator can see where attention is actually needed.

Controls on the boundary

  • Access is scoped to the selected account, and tool access can be limited per connection.
  • Ask My Agent carries structured requests between people and agents with two-stage approval.
  • Voice Calls is approval-controlled, with recording and transcription on approved calls.
  • Role-based permissions and audit logging record who did what — person or agent.
A.05 Two ways to extend

Build it yourself, or have it built.

The two routes differ in who owns the work, where it runs and who maintains it. A Custom Tool is your own coding agent's application, sandboxed inside your account. A Custom Module is software Raq.com designs, builds, hosts and maintains for your business.

Comparison
Property Custom Tool Custom Module
Who builds it You, or your coding agent Raq.com and Vu
Price Included with a Raq.com plan £190 or $259 per module, per month, on top of a plan
Runtime A sandboxed application in an isolated container A native module inside the Raq.com product
Product fit A self-built application embedded into the account A first-class, account-specific module in the normal sidebar
Maintenance You own the application work Designed, built, hosted, updated and maintained while subscribed
Access Draft and published visibility with scoped permissions Explicit access for your account and its team permissions
Agent access Approved Raq.com operations through scoped MCP access An MCP surface can be built in alongside the screens and workflows

How a module is scoped

You describe the workflow and Raq.com reviews it. Where the job suits a module, the current public offer says the first mock-up normally arrives within one working day and a working module within five working days or less after approval. Larger jobs are identified at the mock-up stage.

What a module can reach

A module can use the account's tasks, files, contacts, documents and Automations, and connect to outside systems that provide an API. Your data stays in the account and can be exported. One module covers one area of work; a CRM and a quoting system would normally be two.

Where a Custom Tool suits better

Custom Tools are for customers who can direct and maintain the build. Each tool runs in an isolated container, drafts stay with their creator, and outbound access back into Raq.com uses approved, limited scopes.

A.06 Plans

Per user, per month. Every tool in every plan.

Plans do not gate the catalogue. What rises with the plan is the monthly AI allowance and the service limits — how much AI work the account can do, and how much monitoring it can run.

Starter

£14per user / month

$19 rest of world

The whole public catalogue with the entry AI allowance and monitoring limits. Website Build & Host is a per-site add-on here.

Professional

£45per user / month

$61 rest of world

More AI usage and higher service limits. Voice Calls starts on this plan, and site allowances are included rather than added.

Business

£200per user / month

$272 rest of world

For teams running sustained AI work across a wide part of the catalogue, with correspondingly higher quantity limits.

Enterprise

£500per user / month

$680 rest of world

The highest AI allowance and service limits on the public plans, for accounts where agents run a large share of the work.

Billing

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Annual billing currently takes 5% off. Upgrade at once or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date; the total changes as people join or leave the account.

AI usage

A free trial needs no card and allows one use of each AI tool with limited monitoring. On a paid plan, AI work draws on the account's monthly allowance. Different tools consume different amounts — a short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video do not cost the same to run. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change, and every non-AI tool keeps working.

Custom Module

£190 or $259 per module, per month, on top of a plan. Design, development, hosting, maintenance and requested changes are included for as long as you subscribe. AI features inside a module draw on the account's normal allowance.

Custom Modules

A.07 Fit and boundaries

Where it fits

  • Small teams that want fewer separate subscriptions and logins.
  • Companies already using Codex, Claude Code or other agents for operational work.
  • Agencies managing several client accounts and projects at once.
  • Operators who need human approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity.
  • Businesses with an awkward spreadsheet or internal process that suits a Custom Module.
  • Teams needing a broad set of occasional tools without buying a specialist product for each.

Where it is weaker

  • When you need the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system.
  • When a fixed enterprise stack cannot expose APIs to work against.
  • When a regulatory requirement has not been validated against Raq.com's current controls.

In those cases Raq.com can still sit around the existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module — but the connection and compliance work needs assessing first, honestly, before anyone buys.

A.08 Handling and controls

Text AI and media AI are not handled the same way.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. A user can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models that do not support that protection, and live web search has its own setting because a current-information lookup may need a standard route.

Image, video and voice tools send the prompt or audio a specialist provider needs, and those providers operate under their own retention terms. Completed media is downloaded to Raq.com's own storage. The text-AI retention statement should not be applied to every media tool.

In transit

At rest

Residency
