Raq.com — a business workspace for people, teams and AI agents

One workspace for people, teams and agents.

More than 70 business and AI tools under one account. People work in the browser; agents like Codex and Claude Code work through MCP. Same tools, same data, one shared record.

01 The premise Why one account

Small businesses don't choose their software. They accumulate it.

A chat product here, a task board there — then a signing service, a file-sharing account, a form builder, a monitoring tool and several AI subscriptions. Each has its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history. An agent becomes less useful when it can only see one piece of that setup.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it. The product is built around that continuity.

Accumulated

A separate login, bill, permission model and audit trail for each.

One account Raq.com

One login, one bill, one permission model, one shared record — for people and agents alike.

02 The workspace People & agents

Two surfaces. One shared record.

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol — MCP. Where a structured operation exists, an agent doesn't imitate clicks in the browser; it calls the operation directly. The browser and the agent work against the same records.

For people

The browser

Write messages, manage boards, upload files, review generated media, approve requests, edit documents and inspect reports — the normal interfaces.

Built in

Access is account-scoped and tool access can be limited. Sensitive or external actions use explicit approvals, and audit records show who did what.

Role-based access · Audit log · Ask My Agent two-stage approvals · Approval-controlled Voice Calls

For agents

MCP

Structured operations an agent can call directly, subject to the permissions attached to its connection.

List task boards · Create a card · Upload a file · Run an image batch · Read a project record

03 The agent layer Supervision & orchestration

Supercomputer — and the tools that run agents.

Describe a job in plain English and Supercomputer, Raq.com's built-in agent, chooses and runs the right tools against the same account, files and team. No coding environment to configure. Prefer your own agent? Connect Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client to the same account.

01

Orchestrator

Templated workflows run across managed Codex and Claude sessions.

02

Nature Work

Terminal sessions in a browser viewer, so you can supervise work away from the desk.

03

Agent Operator HQ

Several agent terminals in one command view, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

04

Priorities

Human, mixed and agent-owned work in one daily view of where attention is needed.

04 The catalogue 70+ tools

Seventy-plus tools, grouped by the job.

Every public tool is included in each paid plan; AI usage and service limits rise with the plan. Some tools fit more than one group.

05 How it fits together Workflows

Tools are useful alone. Shared records make them a system.

A single tool earns its place on its own. The shared account lets longer work run across them — with each step left where the team can see it.

06 Extend the platform Custom Tools & Modules

Two ways to extend Raq.com. Two clear kinds of responsibility.

Both sit beside the shared tools, but who builds, runs and maintains each is different. Custom Tools are for customers who can direct and maintain the build themselves. Custom Modules are a managed service — designed, built, hosted and maintained by Raq.com for a monthly fee.

Dimension Custom Tool Custom Module
Who builds it The customer, or the customer's coding agent Raq.com and Vu
Price Included with a Raq.com plan £190 or $259 per month, per module, on top of a plan
Runtime Sandboxed application in the Custom Tools system Native module inside the Raq.com product
Product fit A self-built application embedded in the account A first-class module in the normal sidebar
Maintenance The customer owns the application work Raq.com designs, builds, hosts, updates and maintains it
Access Draft and published visibility with scoped permissions Explicit access for the account and its team permissions
Agent access Approved operations through scoped MCP access An MCP surface can be built in alongside screens and workflows

For a Custom Module, Raq.com reviews the workflow and produces a first mock-up — normally within one working day — and a working module within five working days or less after approval. The monthly fee covers design, development, hosting, maintenance and changes requested during the subscription. One module covers one area of work; modules for the same account can share data.

On a paid plan, AI tools draw from the account's monthly allowance — shown as AI usage — and pause if it runs out; non-AI tools stay available. Different tools consume different amounts, so the pricing page gives examples per tool rather than one universal request count. Custom Modules sit outside the plan at £190 or $259 per month per module.

08 Privacy & security How data is handled

Clear defaults. Documented controls.

AI handling

Zero Data Retention by default

  • Core text & chatZero Data Retention routes by default — providers cannot keep prompts or responses for training.
  • AI Privacy settingSwitchable, to reach models that don't support that protection.
  • Live web searchIts own setting — a current-information lookup may need a standard route.
  • Image, video & voiceSent to specialist providers under their own retention terms; completed media is downloaded to Raq.com storage.
  • TrainingRaq.com does not train models on customer content.
Security schedule

Controls on record

  • TLS 1.3Data in transit.
  • AES-256Full-disk encryption at rest on dedicated hardware.
  • AccessRole-based permissions and audit logging.
  • ResidencyDedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres for EU data residency.
  • ComplianceUK GDPR-aligned handling.
  • Sign-inOptional two-factor authentication.
  • ResponseContinuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process.
09 What makes it different Four reasons it holds together
01

Agents are part of the product

Many business products bolt a chatbot onto an existing application. Raq.com exposes operational tools to agents for structured actions against the account — while the browser stays available for people to supervise and correct the work.

02

The tools share an account

Files, tasks, approvals, messages and notes need no new integration for every pair of products. Agents work across the account through one connection, subject to the permissions attached to it.

03

Ordinary software and AI in one place

E-signatures, task boards, portals, CRM and support sit beside specialist AI production tools — so an AI result enters a normal company process instead of ending as text in a chat window.

04

Self-built and managed, side by side

Custom Tools for teams that build, Custom Modules for teams that want it designed, hosted and maintained — with responsibility for the build kept clear.
