Why Raq.com exists
Most companies build their operating system by accident.
A chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a file-sharing account, a form builder, a monitoring service — and then three AI subscriptions on top. Every one of them arrives with its own login, its own billing, its own permissions, its own data and its own audit history.
An agent that can only see one slice of that setup is an agent that can only do one slice of the work.
Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into all of them. A task can start as a message, pull a file from File Drop, generate a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the whole team can inspect it.
The product is built around that continuity between tools — not around a chat window with a bolt-on assistant. And it doesn't claim feature-for-feature parity with every mature specialist product: public comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements. 02 / One workspace
People and agents, same records
The browser and the agent are not two products. They are two doors into one account.
Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol — MCP. Instead of imitating clicks, an agent gets structured operations: list the boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record.
Both surfaces write to the same place. A person can open and amend work an agent produced. An agent can pick up work a person started. What's left behind is a shared operational record with ordinary interfaces for review, correction and hand-off — not a transcript buried in a terminal.
Access is account-scoped, tool access can be limited, and sensitive or external actions can require explicit approval. Work belongs to an account — a person, company, client or project group — and users can belong to several and switch between them. Data, tools, permissions and AI usage all follow the selected account.

Two ways to extend the platform
Build it yourself, or have it built for you.
Custom Tools are for customers who can direct and maintain a build. Each tool runs in an isolated container. Draft tools are limited to their creator; published tools can be shared with the account, and outbound access back into Raq.com uses approved, limited scopes. Raq.com supplies the place to run it and the connection into the account — not the development work.
Custom Modules are a managed software service. You describe the workflow, Raq.com reviews it and, when suitable, produces a first mock-up — normally within one working day — with a working module within five working days or less after approval. Larger jobs are identified at the mock-up stage. The monthly fee covers design, development, hosting, maintenance and the changes you request during the subscription.
A module can use the account's tasks, files, contacts, documents and Automations, and can connect to outside systems that provide an API. Your data stays in the account and can be exported.
One module covers one area of work with its own screens and data — a CRM and a quoting system would normally count as separate modules. A second module carries a second monthly fee, although modules for the same account can share data.

- Every public tool is included in each paid plan — AI usage and service limits increase with the plan. AI work draws from the account's monthly AI allowance. If it runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change; non-AI tools keep working.
- Tools consume different amounts: a short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video have different provider costs, so per-tool examples are given rather than one universal request count.
- Monitoring tools and FinUK have plan-specific quantity limits. Voice Calls starts on the Professional plan.
- The total subscription changes as users join or leave the account. You can upgrade at once or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date.
- New accounts receive a free trial with no card required: one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring.

08 / Privacy & security
What happens to your content

Raq.com separates the way it handles core text AI from image, video and voice providers. Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default — under those routes the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. You can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models that don't support this protection, and live web search has its own setting because a current-information lookup may need a standard provider route.
Image and video tools send the prompt and the required generation parameters to a specialist provider; voice and transcription tools send the text or audio the job needs. Raq.com downloads completed media to its own storage. Those providers operate under their own API retention terms, so the Zero Data Retention statement should not be read as applying to every media tool.
Raq.com states that it does not train models on customer content, and keeps its own service records for billing and reliability separately from AI provider handling.
