The business workspace for people, teams & AI agents

One workspace. People + agents.

Raq.com gathers 70+ business and AI tools behind a single account — messaging, task boards, files, e-signatures, client portals, CRM, documents, research and generation — with a browser for your team and structured MCP access for Supercomputer, Codex, Claude Code and other agents.

01 — Why it exists

Software accumulates. Work splits.

Most companies assemble their operating system by accident: a chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a file share, a form builder, a monitor and several AI subscriptions.

Each one brings its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history. Every pair of products needs another integration. And the AI agent — the thing that was meant to tie it all together — can only see the single slice it was pointed at.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into all of them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the whole team can inspect it. That continuity between tools is what the product is built around.

  • TEAM MESSAGING channels, voice calls and AI-assisted search
  • TASK BOARDS dependencies, time tracking, intake forms
  • PROJECT NOTES versioned notes, structured tables, member roles
  • FILE STORAGE sharing, search and links into projects
  • E-SIGNATURES templates, bulk sends, audit records
  • CLIENT PORTALS branded, magic-link workspaces
  • CRM & SUPPORT shared inboxes and ticketing
  • MONITORING uptime, page changes, server heartbeats
  • DOCUMENT PRODUCTION designed documents, rewrites, audits
  • GENERATION image, video, music and voice tools
  • AUTOMATION multi-step workflows on events and schedules

02 — Agents

Agents get the tools, not a chatbot.

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol — structured operations against the same records your team sees in the browser.

An agent doesn't imitate clicks when a direct operation exists. It can list task boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch or read a project record — scoped to the account and limited by the permissions attached to that connection.

The browser and agent surfaces work against the same records. A person can see and amend work created by an agent; an agent can continue work started by a person. The result is a shared operational record with normal interfaces for review, correction and hand-off.

Supercomputer, the built-in agent, does the same from a plain-English request — it chooses and runs suitable Raq.com tools against your account, files and team. No coding environment to configure. Prefer your own agent? Connect Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client and work against the same account.

Approvals — sensitive and external actions sit behind explicit approval controls. Ask My Agent runs structured person–agent exchanges with two-stage approval; Voice Calls is approval-controlled as well.

03 — The catalogue

Seventy-plus tools, indexed.

Every public tool is included in every paid plan — the catalogue itself never shrinks. Higher plans raise AI usage and service limits. Some tools fit more than one group.

04 — Continuity

One chain. No copy-paste.

A single tool is useful on its own. The shared account is what makes longer work possible — this is client onboarding, end to end, inside one Raq.com account.

01

Form Builder — intake

A prospect completes your branded form — public intake, no login needed on their side.

02

Automations — the chain starts

An automation creates or updates the CRM record, opens an onboarding card on the Task Board and creates the Client Portal.

03

E-Sign — the agreement

The agreement goes out for electronic signature — templates, bulk sends and a full audit record.

04

File Drop — everything lands

The signed document and the client's uploads go into the account's files, linked to the project.

05

Team Comms — the record stays

The internal discussion and next actions stay with the board — not scattered across inboxes.

06

Any agent — the check

An agent can review the whole chain and prepare whatever is missing.

Chains like this run across the whole catalogue.

Marketing production runs from Brand Guidelines to Social Scheduler. Website work runs from build to uptime monitoring. Agent-led projects run from Priorities to Orchestrator to a human decision — with the record left in the account, not in a terminal.

05 — Agent operations

Supervised, not unsupervised.

A family of tools built for running agent work — execution, supervision, approvals, hand-offs and the record left behind. Not ordinary chat.

01

Orchestrator

Runs templated, repeatable workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions.

Agent workflows
02

Nature Work

Connects local terminal sessions to a browser-based viewer, so an operator can supervise work away from the desk.

Remote supervision
03

Agent Operator HQ

A full-screen control room: several agent terminals in one command view, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

Multi-terminal
04

Priorities

Separates each day's work into human, mixed and agent-owned tasks, so attention goes where it's needed.

Daily view
05

Ask My Agent

Structured exchanges between a person and an agent, with two-stage approval controls.

06 — Extending the platform

Two ways to build beyond the catalogue.

Both routes sit beside the shared tools. Who does the building — and who carries the responsibility for it — is the difference.

Self-built

Custom Tool

Your own coding agent builds an application that runs inside Raq.com.

Who builds it
You, or your coding agent.
Price
Included with a Raq.com plan.
Runtime
A sandboxed application hosted through the Custom Tools system — each tool in an isolated container.
Access
Draft tools stay private to their creator; published tools are shared with the account.
Agent access
Approved Raq.com operations through scoped MCP access.
Maintenance
You own the application work.

£0Added to your plan — the build work is yours

Managed by Raq.com

Custom Module

Raq.com designs, builds, hosts and maintains a first-class module for your account.

Who builds it
Raq.com and Vu.
Price
£190 / $259 per month, per module — on top of a Raq.com plan.
Runtime
A native module inside the Raq.com product, in the normal sidebar.
Access
Explicit access for your account and its team permissions.
Agent access
An MCP surface can be built into the module alongside its screens and workflows.
Maintenance
Design, development, hosting, updates and changes requested during the subscription — all included. First mock-up normally within one working day; a working module within five working days or less after approval.

£190 / $259Per module, per month — uses your account's normal AI allowance

07 — Pricing

Per user. Per month. Every tool.

Every public tool is included in every paid plan — what rises with the plan is AI usage and service limits. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

$19Rest of world · per user / mo

The full public catalogue with a smaller AI allowance. Website Build & Host is a paid per-site add-on on this plan.

Professional

£200UK · per user / mo

$272Rest of world · per user / mo

More AI usage across generation and research tools, higher service limits, and an increasing number of included websites on Website Build & Host.

Enterprise

Highest limits

£500UK · per user / mo

$680Rest of world · per user / mo

The highest AI allowance and service limits, with plan-specific quantities for monitoring tools and FinUK.

  • Annual billing currently receives a 5% discount. Upgrade at once, or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date — the subscription total follows users joining and leaving.
  • New accounts receive a free trial with no card required — one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring.
  • AI work draws from the account's monthly allowance, shown as AI usage. If it runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change — non-AI tools keep working.
  • A short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video don't cost the same, so each tool's examples are given on the pricing page rather than one universal request count.
  • Custom Modules sit outside the plan price at £190 / $259 per month, per module. Their AI features use the account's normal allowance.

08 — Privacy & security

Built quietly, on purpose.

Raq.com separates how it handles core text AI from image, video and voice providers — and publishes the details.

In transit

TLS 1.3 for data in motion.

At rest

AES-256 full-disk encryption on dedicated hardware.

EU residency

Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres.

Compliance

UK GDPR-aligned handling of customer data.

Access

Role-based permissions and audit logging across the account.

Accounts

Optional two-factor authentication for users.

Operations

Continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process.

Training

Raq.com does not train models on customer content.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default — under those routes the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Image, video and voice tools send what the job needs to specialist providers operating under their own API retention terms, so the ZDR statement should not be applied to every media tool. Customers assessing regulated or sensitive data should read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security page and Subprocessors list, then map their own legal and sector requirements onto the tools they plan to use.

09 — Fit

Where it fits. Where it doesn't.

Raq.com doesn't claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product — its comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements. Keep specialist systems where you need them and connect through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

A good fit

Use it when

  • Your team wants fewer separate subscriptions and logins.
  • You already run Codex, Claude Code or other agents for operational work.
  • You're an agency managing several client accounts and projects.
  • You need human approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity.
  • You have an awkward spreadsheet or internal process that suits a Custom Module.
  • You need a broad set of occasional tools without buying a specialist product for each one.
Know the boundaries

Look closer when

  • You need the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system.
  • A fixed enterprise stack can't expose APIs to connect around.
  • A regulatory requirement hasn't been validated against Raq.com's current controls.

In those cases Raq.com can still sit around the existing system — but the connection and compliance work need assessment first.
