Workspace / People + Agents / One account

One account. Seventy tools.

Raq.com is a business workspace built for people, teams and AI agents to use together. Work stays visible in one place — not lost inside a chat or a terminal.

01 / Why it exists

Most teams build their operating system by accident.

A chat product here. A task board there. A signing service, a file account, a form builder, a monitoring service, several AI subscriptions. Each one brings its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history. And every new tool makes the next integration harder.

Raq.com puts those jobs inside a single account and gives agents one common route into them. A task can start with a message, pull a file, draft a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it. The product is built around that continuity between tools.

03 / People & agents

The browser and the agent work against the same records.

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol. MCP gives an agent structured operations — listing a board, creating a card, uploading a file, running an image batch, reading a project record — instead of asking it to imitate clicks in a browser.

A person can see and amend work created by an agent. An agent can continue work started by a person. Access is account-scoped, tool access can be limited, and sensitive actions can require explicit approval. Ask My Agent and Voice Calls both run under two-stage approval controls.

04 / Built-in agent

Describe the job. Supercomputer picks the tools.

Supercomputer is Raq.com's built-in agent. Describe a task in plain English and it selects suitable platform tools, working against the same account, files and team as any connected external agent.

It gives non-technical users an agent route without asking them to configure a coding environment. Customers who prefer another agent can connect Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client and work against the same account.

05 / How the tools work together

A single tool is useful. The shared record is the point.

Workflow 01

Client onboarding

A prospect completes a form. An automation opens the CRM record, the onboarding card and the client portal. E-Sign sends the agreement. The signed document and uploads land in the account's files.

Form Builder CRM Task Board Client Portal E-Sign File Drop

Workflow 02

Marketing production

Brand Guidelines holds the rules. A campaign brief becomes a plan, copy, image and video batches. Creative Review collects the decisions and Social Scheduler publishes after approval.

Brand Guidelines Marketing Campaigns Ghostwriter AI Image Lab Creative Review Social Scheduler

Workflow 03

Website & service operations

A site is built and updated. Page Feedback collects review notes. SEO & AEO Checker reviews the result. Site Uptime and Page Watch monitor availability and content, routing alerts to the right person.

Website Build & Host Page Feedback SEO & AEO Site Uptime Help Desk

Workflow 04

Agent-led project work

The outcome is recorded in Priorities or a Task Board. Orchestrator starts the workflow. Nature Work or Agent Operator HQ supervises the terminals. Ask My Agent requests a human decision at controlled boundaries.

06 / Two ways to extend

Self-build it, or have Raq.com build and maintain it.

Custom Tools and Custom Modules are separate extension models. The distinction matters because the commercial responsibility, runtime and support model are different.

Custom Tool Custom Module
Who builds itThe customer or the customer's coding agentRaq.com and Vu
PriceIncluded with a Raq.com plan£190 / $259 per month, per module, on top of a plan
RuntimeSandboxed application hosted through the Custom Tools systemNative module inside the Raq.com product
Product fitA self-built application embedded into the accountA first-class, account-specific module in the sidebar
MaintenanceThe customer owns the application workRaq.com designs, builds, hosts, updates and maintains it while subscribed
AccessDraft and published visibility, scoped permissionsExplicit access for the account and its team permissions
Agent accessApproved Raq.com operations through scoped MCP accessAn MCP surface can be built in alongside screens and workflows

A managed module normally arrives as a first mock-up within one working day and a working module within five working days or less after approval. One module covers one area of work; a second module has a second monthly fee, though modules for the same account can share data.

07 / Pricing

08 / Privacy & security

Core text AI runs on Zero Data Retention routes by default.

Under those routes the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Image, video and voice tools send only what the job needs to specialist providers, which operate under their own API retention terms.

Raq.com does not train models on customer content.

09 / Company

Built by Vu, in Solihull, United Kingdom.

Raq.com is built by Vu, an AI and software company based in Solihull. Phil Webb is CEO and co-founder. Alex Hawke is CTO and co-founder and leads the product and engineering work.

Vu uses Raq.com for its own work and builds the managed Custom Modules. The public company address is Suite 15, 1666 High Street, Knowle, Solihull, B93 0LY. General contact is hello@raq.com.
