Why Raq.com exists

§ 00

Businesses don't need another login. They need one account where the work — and the agents — live.

Small and medium-sized businesses build their operating system by accumulation: a chat product, a task board, a signing service, a form builder, a monitoring service, several AI subscriptions. Each has its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history — and an AI agent that can see only one piece of it is far less useful.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route in. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval and update a board — leaving the result where the team can inspect it, not hidden inside a chat or terminal.

§ 02 — Shared records, longer workflows
A

Client onboarding

A prospect completes a form; the account does the rest. The signed agreement, client uploads and internal discussion all stay in one place — and an agent can check the whole chain.

Agent-led project work

A person records the outcome; agents execute under supervision. Controlled boundaries ask for a human decision, and the task record carries the result and its history.

The agent layer

§ 03 — Execution, supervision, record

Agents work here. Not in a hidden chat.

Many business products bolt a chatbot onto an existing app. Raq.com exposes its operational tools to agents through the Model Context Protocol — structured operations like listing boards, creating cards, uploading files or running an image batch. No imitating clicks in a browser.

Browser and agent work against the same records. A person can see and amend work created by an agent; an agent can continue work started by a person. Sensitive or external actions sit behind explicit approvals, with role-based access and audit records showing who did what.

Privacy & security

§ 06 — Stated controls, no hand-waving

Core text AI

Zero Data Retention by default

Model providers cannot keep prompts or responses for training. A user-controlled setting reaches models without this protection.

Your content

No training on customer data

Raq.com states it does not train models on customer content, and keeps its own service records separate from AI provider handling.

In transit

TLS 1.3

Modern encryption for data in transit, across the browser and agent interfaces.

At rest

AES-256

Full-disk encryption at rest on dedicated hardware.

Residency

EU data centres

Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres, with UK GDPR-aligned handling.

Access

Roles, audit, 2FA

Role-based permissions, audit logging and optional two-factor authentication.

Agents

Scoped & approval-controlled

Agent access is account-scoped and tool-limited. Sensitive actions can require explicit human approval.

Operations

Monitored, with a process

Continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process.
