01The workspace
The usual arrangement
Each one carries its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history.
The Raq.com arrangement
One account holds the users, the data, the permissions, the tools and the AI usage. A job can start as a message, pull a file out of File Drop, produce a document, request an approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it.
An account can represent a person, a company, a client or a project group. People belong to several accounts and switch between them, and everything — including what an agent is allowed to touch — is scoped to the account currently selected.
Raq.com does not claim feature-for-feature parity with every mature specialist product. The value is breadth, a shared account and an agent layer that reaches across all of it. Keep the specialist systems you need and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

01 / For people
Normal interfaces for normal work: write messages, run boards, upload files, review generated media, approve requests, edit documents, read reports. Role-based access and audit records show who did what — including which work an agent did.
02 / For your agents
Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol: list task boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record. Codex, Claude Code or another client works against your account — no clicking through a browser it cannot see.
03 / Built in
Describe the job in plain English and Raq.com's own agent picks the tools and runs them, against the same account, files and team as any connected external agent. An agent route for people who do not want to configure a coding environment.
Control stays with you
Tool access can be limited per connection, and sensitive or outward-facing actions can require an explicit approval. Ask My Agent carries structured requests between a person and an agent with two-stage approval controls; Voice Calls is approval-controlled as well. The point of keeping the work in the product is that a person can always see it, amend it and stop it.
02How it runs
Because the tools share an account, a process can cross them without a connector for every pair of products. This is client onboarding, start to finish — the same chain shown in the record at the top of this page.

You describe the workflow. Raq.com reviews it and, when it is suitable, produces a first mock-up — normally within one working day. After approval, the current public offer is a working module in five working days or less, with larger jobs identified at the mock-up stage.

How AI usage works
AI work draws on the account's monthly allowance, shown as AI usage rather than internal credit accounting. A short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video cost very different amounts, so the pricing page gives examples per tool instead of one universal request count. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change — non-AI tools keep working.
Billing
Annual billing currently takes 5% off. Upgrade immediately or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date; the total moves as users join or leave the account. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Outside the plan
Custom Modules are £190 or $259 per module per month. Monitoring tools and FinUK have plan-specific quantity limits. Raq.com changes quickly — check raq.com/pricing for current figures before relying on them.
06Privacy & security
Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. A user can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models that do not support that protection; live web search carries its own setting, because a current-information lookup may need a standard provider route.

Where the caveats are
Image, video, voice and transcription tools send prompts, parameters or audio to specialist providers who operate under their own API retention terms, so the Zero Data Retention statement for core text AI should not be applied to every media tool. Completed media is downloaded to Raq.com's own storage. If you are assessing the service for regulated or sensitive data, read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security page and Subprocessors list, then map your own requirements onto the specific tools you plan to use.
