Why Raq.com exists

Most companies build their operating system by accumulation.
Raq.com builds it by design.

A chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a form builder, several AI subscriptions — each with its own login, billing, permissions and history. An agent can't help much when it can only see one piece. Raq.com puts the jobs in one account and gives people and agents a common route into all of them.

One account, every tool

Messages, boards, files, e-signatures, CRM, support, monitoring, media generation and automation live in one place — with role-based access, audit records and a single bill.

People and agents, side by side

Your team works in the browser. Supercomputer, Codex and Claude Code work through MCP against the same records — so anyone can review, correct or continue the other's work.

A record, not a black box

Agent activity doesn't vanish into a chat window or a terminal. Every action lands in the product, where the team can inspect it — with explicit approvals on sensitive steps.

Continuity between tools

Work that flows from tool to tool without a single integration project.

Because the tools share an account, a task can start as a message, pick up a file from File Drop, become a designed document, go out for approval, update a board — and leave the whole chain where the team can inspect it.

  • Files, tasks, approvals, messages and notes share one set of records
  • No new integration for every pair of products
  • Keep your specialist systems and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module

The catalogue

70+ tools. One subscription. Nothing sold separately.

Every public tool is included in each paid plan — conventional business software and specialist AI production alike. Higher plans add AI usage and service limits, not features.

Public comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not feature-for-feature replacements — the value is the breadth, the shared account and the agent layer across it. See the full, current catalogue at raq.com/features.

The agent layer

Agents are first-class users, not a chatbot bolted on.

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol. An agent gets structured operations — list boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch — instead of imitating clicks. The browser stays open for people to supervise and correct.

Supercomputer, built in

Describe a job in plain English and Raq.com's own agent chooses and runs suitable tools — no coding environment to configure. It shares the same account, files and team as any connected agent.

Bring your own agent

Prefer Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client? Connect it over MCP and it works against the same records, subject to the permissions attached to that connection.

Approvals where they matter

Access is account-scoped and tool access can be limited. Sensitive or external actions — Voice Calls, Ask My Agent exchanges — use explicit, two-stage approval controls.

01

Orchestrator

Runs repeatable, templated workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions.

02

Nature Work

Connects terminal sessions to a browser viewer, so an operator can supervise work away from the desk.

03

Agent Operator HQ

Several agent terminals in one command view, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

04

Priorities

Separates human, mixed and agent-owned tasks, so you can see exactly where attention is needed.

In practice

One tool is useful. Shared records make them a system.

Extend the platform

When 70 tools aren't quite yours, build the 71st.

Two separate routes, with the responsibility kept clear: build it yourself with your own coding agent, or have Raq.com design, build, host and maintain it for you.

Included with your plan

Custom Tools

£0 / included

Your coding agent builds an application that runs inside Raq.com, in an isolated sandboxed container. Draft tools stay private to their creator; published tools can be shared with the account, with approved, limited scopes back into your data.

  • Built and maintained by you or your agent
  • Sandboxed runtime, scoped permissions
  • Ideal when you can direct the build yourself

Pricing

Every tool on every plan. Pay for usage, not access.

Per-user subscriptions. AI usage and service limits grow with the plan — features don't sit behind tiers. Annual billing currently receives a 5% discount. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

How AI usage works. Every account gets a monthly AI allowance; different tools draw different amounts because a short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video have different costs. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change — non-AI tools keep working. New accounts get a free trial with no card required and one use of each AI tool. Current examples per tool are on raq.com/pricing.

Privacy & security

Zero Data Retention by default. Your content is never training data.

Core text and chat AI uses Zero Data Retention routes by default, so model providers cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Raq.com does not train models on customer content. Image, video and voice tools use specialist providers under their own API retention terms, with completed media downloaded to Raq.com's own storage — the settings make the distinction clear.

  • TLS 1.3 for data in transit
  • AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest on dedicated hardware
  • EU residency — dedicated servers in German data centres
  • UK GDPR-aligned handling
  • Role-based permissions with audit logging
  • Optional 2FA for user accounts
  • Continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process

Is it for you?

Built for teams tired of tab-switching — and honest about the edges.

Raq.com suits small teams cutting separate subscriptions, companies already using coding agents for operational work, agencies juggling client accounts, and operators who need approvals and an inspectable record. If you need the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system, keep it — and connect it through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

Which agents can I connect?

Supercomputer is built in and needs no setup. Codex, Claude Code and other MCP-compatible clients connect to the same account, with access scoped by the permissions on that connection.

Can my team see what an agent has done?

Yes — that's the point. The browser and agent surfaces work against the same records, so a person can inspect, amend or continue any agent's work, and audit records show who did what.

What happens when the AI allowance runs out?

AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change. Non-AI tools remain part of the subscription and keep working normally.

How fast is a Custom Module?

After you describe the workflow, the first mock-up normally arrives within one working day, and a working module within five working days or less after approval — larger jobs are identified at the mock-up stage.

Where does my data live?

On dedicated servers in German data centres for EU data residency, encrypted at rest, with UK GDPR-aligned handling. Your data stays in your account and can be exported.

Give your team — and your agents — one place to work.
