Business workspace · 70+ tools · People and agents

The workspace people and agents share.

Raq.com puts more than 70 business and AI tools in one account. The team works in the browser. Supercomputer, Codex, Claude Code and other compatible agents work against the same records, with permissions and approvals still in view.

Shared record MessageFileDocumentApprovalBoard Inspectable in the product, not buried in a chat

Why it exists

Stop assembling a company from eight logins.

Small and medium-sized businesses often collect a chat product, a task board, a signing service, a file account, a form builder, a monitoring tool and several AI subscriptions. Each has its own billing, permissions and history. An agent that can see only one piece of that setup is a weaker colleague.

By accumulation

  1. Separate logins and bills
  2. Permissions that do not travel
  3. Agent work trapped in a terminal
  4. No shared audit trail

In one account

  1. Tools, data and AI usage scoped together
  2. Role-based access and audit records
  3. People and agents on the same objects
  4. Switch accounts when the work is a client or a project

With continuity

  1. A message can start a task
  2. A file from File Drop can become a document
  3. Approval can update a board
  4. The result stays where the team can inspect it

Raq.com does not claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product. Public comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements. Keep a specialist system where you need it, and connect it through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

Operating model

The browser and the agent share the same records.

Work belongs to an account — a person, a company, a client or a project group. Users can belong to more than one account and switch between them. Data, tools, permissions and AI usage follow the account you have selected.

For people

Ordinary browser interfaces, depending on the tool: messages, boards, uploads, media review, approvals, documents and reports.

  • Amend work an agent created
  • Hand a started job to Supercomputer or a connected client
  • Role-based access with an audit record of who did what

For agents

Compatible agents reach the same tools through the Model Context Protocol. They call structured operations instead of imitating clicks.

  • List boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch
  • Read a project record and continue a human-started task
  • Sensitive or external actions can require explicit approval
MCP

One connection into the account. Tool access can be limited. Ask My Agent supports structured exchanges with two-stage approval. Voice Calls is approval-controlled as well.

Built-in agent

Describe the job. Supercomputer selects the tools.

Supercomputer is Raq.com’s own agent. It uses the same account, files and team as connected external agents, so a non-technical user does not need a coding environment to get an agent route into the workspace.

Orchestrator

Templated workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions, for jobs that should repeat the same way.

Nature Work

Connect a terminal session to a browser viewer so an operator can supervise work away from the desk.

Agent Operator HQ

Several agent terminals in one command view, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

Priorities

A daily view that separates human, mixed and agent-owned tasks, so attention goes where it is needed.

Public catalogue

Seventy tools, grouped by the job they do.

Every public tool is included in each paid plan. AI usage and service limits rise with the plan you choose. Some tools belong in more than one group; the labels below follow the work, not the org chart.

A prospect completes a form. An Automation updates CRM, opens a board card and creates a portal. The signed agreement and uploads land in the account. Team Comms keeps the internal thread. An agent can inspect the chain and prepare anything missing.

Extensions

Two ways to extend the platform. Different responsibility.

Customers can have their own coding agent create a sandboxed Custom Tool, or pay Raq.com for a managed Custom Module that is designed, built, hosted and maintained for their business.

Custom Tool

Included with a Raq.com plan

Who builds it
The customer or the customer’s coding agent.
Runtime
A sandboxed application, isolated in a container, hosted through Custom Tools. Draft tools stay with their creator; published tools can be shared with the account.
Fit
A self-built application embedded into the account. Outbound access back into Raq.com uses approved, limited scopes.
Maintenance
The customer owns the application work. Raq.com supplies the place to run it and the connection into the account.

Custom Module

£190 / $259 per module, per month, on top of a plan

Who builds it
Raq.com and Vu. Native software inside the product, with its own screens in the normal sidebar.
Pace
The first mock-up normally arrives within one working day. A working module within five working days or less after approval; larger jobs are identified at mock-up.
Fit
One area of work with its own screens and data. A CRM and a quoting system would normally be two modules. Modules for the same account can share data.
Maintenance
Design, development, hosting, updates and requested changes for as long as the subscription runs. Data stays in the account and can be exported. An MCP surface can be built in.

Pricing

Every public tool is included. Limits grow with the plan.

Per-user subscriptions. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Upgrade at once, or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date. The total changes as users join or leave the account.

On a paid plan, AI work draws from the account’s monthly AI allowance. Raq.com shows this as AI usage rather than internal credit counts. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change; non-AI tools remain. A short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video consume different amounts — check current examples on the pricing page rather than assuming one universal request count.

Custom Modules · £190 / $259 a month

Each module is one area of work. AI features inside a module use the account’s normal allowance.

Custom Modules

Privacy and security

Zero Data Retention for core text. German data centres for the account.

Raq.com does not train models on customer content. Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. That statement is not applied to every media tool.

  • TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest on dedicated hardware.
  • Role-based permissions, audit logging, optional two-factor authentication.
  • Dedicated servers in Hetzner’s German data centres for EU data residency. UK GDPR-aligned handling.
  • Continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process. Service records for billing and reliability are kept separately from AI provider handling.

Fit

A good fit, and an honest boundary.

Raq.com is a good fit for

  • Small teams that want fewer separate subscriptions and logins
  • Companies already using Codex, Claude Code or other agents for operational work
  • Agencies managing several client accounts and projects
  • Operators who need human approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity
  • Businesses with an awkward spreadsheet or internal process that suits a Custom Module
  • Teams that need a broad set of occasional tools without buying a specialist product for each one

It may be a weaker fit when

  • A company needs the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system
  • A fixed enterprise stack cannot expose APIs
  • A regulatory requirement has not been validated against Raq.com’s current controls

In those cases Raq.com can still sit around the existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module. The connection and compliance work need assessment.
