How does MCP work with Raq.com?
Raq exposes its tools via Model Context Protocol (MCP). Agents like Codex, Claude Code, or Supercomputer discover and call structured operations (creating task cards, uploading files, reading documents) without web scraping.
What happens when monthly AI usage runs out?
AI generation tools pause until the monthly renewal date or plan upgrade. All non-AI tools (Task Boards, Team Comms, CRM, E-Sign, Knowledge, Files) remain fully operational with no interruption.
What is the difference between Custom Tools and Custom Modules?
Custom Tools are sandboxed applications written by your own coding agent and included in standard plans. Custom Modules are native sidebar software designed, built, hosted, and maintained by Raq.com & Vu for £190 / $259/mo.
Are my company's prompts used for AI training?
No. Raq.com does not train models on customer data, and core text and chat tools use Zero Data Retention routes by default so providers cannot store prompts or completions.
