01 Why it exists

Most businesses build their operating system by accumulation.

A chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a file-share account, a form builder, a monitoring service, and a shelf of separate AI subscriptions. Each one has its own login, billing, permissions and history — and an AI agent is only ever as useful as the one slice of the business it can actually see.

Raq.com puts those jobs in a single account and gives people and agents a common route into all of them. A task can start with a message, pull a file from File Drop, draft a document, request approval, update a board, and leave the result exactly where the team can inspect it — not buried in a chat window.

02 The toolkit

70+ tools, grouped by the work they do.

Every plan includes the full public catalogue. Higher plans add AI usage and service limits — not a shorter list of tools.

03 How it connects

One job, many tools, one record.

01

Client onboarding

A prospect completes a Form Builder form. An Automation creates or updates the CRM record, opens an onboarding Task Board card and opens a Client Portal. E-Sign sends the agreement. Team Comms and the board keep the internal thread — an agent can check the whole chain and prepare anything missing.

02

Marketing production

Brand Guidelines holds the rules and a brief starts the job. Marketing Campaigns prepares the plan, Rewriter or Ghostwriter draft the copy, AI Image Lab and AI Video Lab produce the media, and Creative Review collects the decisions before Social Scheduler publishes on approval.

03

Website & service operations

Website Build & Host ships or updates the site. Page Feedback collects review comments. SEO & AEO Checker reviews the result, while Site Uptime and Page Watch monitor availability and content changes. Help Desk and Website Chatbox AI handle what comes back in.

04

Agent-led project work

A person records the outcome in Priorities or a Task Board. Orchestrator starts the relevant workflow. Nature Work or Agent Operator HQ shows the live sessions, and Ask My Agent brings in a human decision at a controlled boundary. The result lands in File Drop or Project Base, with the task carrying the history.

04 Extend it

Two ways to go beyond the catalogue.

Custom Tool

Your own coding agent builds a sandboxed application that runs inside Raq.com. It suits a customer who can direct and maintain the build themselves — Raq.com supplies the container and the approved, scoped connection back into the account.

Custom Module

Raq.com designs, builds, hosts and maintains a native module for one area of your business, for a monthly fee on top of any plan. It sits in the sidebar like any other tool, using the account's tasks, files, contacts and Automations.

06 Trust & security

Zero Data Retention by default, on core AI.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Image, video and voice tools send only what a job needs to a specialist provider, and Raq.com downloads the finished media back into its own storage — those providers work under their own retention terms.

  • TLS 1.3 for data in transit
  • AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest, on dedicated hardware
  • Role-based permissions and audit logging
  • Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres, for EU residency
  • UK GDPR-aligned handling
  • Optional two-factor authentication on user accounts

07 Good fit

Where Raq.com fits, and where to look closer.

Good fit

  • Small teams that want fewer separate subscriptions and logins
  • Companies already using Codex, Claude Code or other agents for operational work
  • Agencies managing several client accounts and projects
  • Operators who need human approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity
  • Businesses with an awkward spreadsheet or process that suits a Custom Module
  • Teams that need a broad set of occasional tools without a specialist product for each one

Worth a closer look

  • Needing the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system
  • A fixed enterprise stack that cannot expose APIs
  • A regulatory requirement not yet validated against Raq.com's current controls
  • In these cases, Raq.com can still sit around an existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module — the connection and compliance work need assessment first
