One workspace · people + agents
The workspace your team and your agents both work in.
Raq.com puts 75 business and AI tools under one account — messages, tasks, files, e-signatures, CRM, support, monitoring, document production, media generation and research. People work in the browser. Claude Code, Codex and the built-in Supercomputer agent work over MCP, against the same records.

Why it exists
Most companies build their operating system by accumulation.
A chat product, a task board, a signing service, a file share, a form builder, a monitor and several AI subscriptions. Every one has its own login, bill, permissions and audit history — and an agent that can only ever see one piece of it is not much of an agent.
The stack you already have
One Raq.com account
How it holds together
One account. Two surfaces. One record.
The tools are useful individually. The continuity between them is the product.
One account
Data, tools, permissions and AI usage are scoped to the account you are in — a person, a company, a client or a project group. People can belong to several and switch between them.
Two surfaces, same records
People use normal browser interfaces. Agents use structured MCP operations — list the boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record. No screen-scraping, no imitation clicks.
Supervision built in
Role-based access, scoped tool access, audit logging and explicit approvals on sensitive or external actions. Agent work lands in the product, where a person can inspect it, correct it or take it over.
Supercomputer
Describe the job. It picks the tools.
Raq.com's built-in agent takes a plain-English request, selects suitable tools from the catalogue and runs them against your account — the same files, contacts and boards your team already uses. Nothing to install, no coding environment to configure.
- It works on your account, not a copyThe result is a record your team can open, not a transcript you have to re-key.
- Skill Library keeps it consistentStore the instructions that guide it, versioned, and they hold across sessions.
- It stops where you tell it toSensitive or outward-facing steps pause for a decision through Ask My Agent.
- Or bring your ownConnect Claude Code, Codex or another compatible client to the same account and nothing else changes.

The value shows up between the tools.
Any one tool is useful on its own. Shared records are what let a job run from first contact to signed document without a hand-built integration in the middle — and let an agent pick it up anywhere along the line.
A prospect says yes at 09:00. The agreement is out before lunch.
Nobody re-keys the company name four times, and nothing external leaves the building without a person approving it.
A prospect completes your branded intake form. Seventeen question types, AI-assisted build.
The CRM record is created or updated and an onboarding card opens on the board. Dependencies and owner set from the template.
A branded magic-link workspace is created for the client. Files, uploads, questions and approvals in one place.
Approval is requested before anything leaves the account. Two-stage controls on outward-facing actions.
The agreement goes out for signature with a full audit record. Templates and bulk sends where you need them.
Signed document and client uploads land in the account. Internal discussion and next actions stay on the board.
A brief on Monday, channel-ready assets by Wednesday.
Generation is the easy part. Getting the output reviewed, approved and published is where campaigns usually stall.
Your rules are imported from the website and stored once. Visual and written signals in a shared workspace.
The brief becomes a plan, with forms, copy outline and automations. Results collected against the same campaign.
Copy drafted with ranked alternatives from leading models. Choose or edit at sentence level.
Media generated in batches across models and price points. Prompt variants and source-image guidance.
The team compares every image, video and text option in one place. One decision, recorded.
Platform-specific versions publish through connected accounts after approval.
Ship the site, then keep it honest.
Build, review, check, watch and support — with each alert landing on a person rather than in a shared inbox nobody owns.
The site is designed and hosted through 102.ai. Allowances vary by plan, or add a per-site licence.
Reviewers pin written or voice comments straight onto a frozen copy of the page. One shareable link, no screenshots by email.
Conventional search performance, answer-engine readiness and visibility to AI systems, reviewed together.
Availability checked from several regions; exact content changes recorded. Incidents and maintenance windows kept on file.
Incoming support arrives as email-linked tickets, with AI-assisted replies and transcript review.
Every alert is routed to the person or board that owns it.
Long agent jobs, supervised like work — not watched like a terminal.
Execution, supervision, approvals, hand-offs and the record left behind. This is what agent operations actually consists of.
The desired outcome is written down where the team can see it. Human, mixed and agent-owned work, separated.
A templated workflow starts across managed Codex and Claude sessions.
Live terminal sessions appear in a browser view, or side by side in one command room. Keyboard controls and a live message queue.
The job stops at a controlled boundary and asks a person for the decision.
Final files are filed and the task record carries the result and the history.
Agent operations
For when the agents start to outnumber the operators.
A set of tools aimed at execution and supervision rather than chat: starting repeatable work, watching it run, holding it at the boundaries that matter, and keeping the record it leaves behind.
-
Orchestrator
Runs templated workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions.
-
Nature Work
Connects local terminal sessions to a browser-based viewer, so work can be supervised away from the desk — with keyboard and supported controller input.
-
Agent Operator HQ
Several agent terminals in one full-screen command view, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.
-
Priorities
Separates human, mixed and agent-owned tasks, so an operator can see where attention is actually needed.
Extending the platform
Two routes out of the catalogue.
When the job is specific to your business, you can build it yourself or have it built for you. The difference is who owns the work — both sit beside the shared tools and both can be reached by agents.
Custom Tool
Included with any Raq.com plan
For customers who want their own coding agent to make an application. Each tool runs in an isolated container. Raq.com supplies the place to run it and the connection into the account.
- Built byYou, or your coding agent
- RuntimeSandboxed application hosted through the Custom Tools system
- AccessDraft tools stay private to their creator; published tools can be shared with the account under scoped permissions
- AgentsApproved Raq.com operations through scoped MCP access
- MaintenanceYou own the application work
Custom Module
£190 / $259 per module, per month, on top of your plan
A managed software service. You describe the workflow, Raq.com reviews it and — when it fits — produces a first mock-up. The fee covers design, development, hosting, maintenance and changes while you are subscribed.
- Built byRaq.com and Vu
- RuntimeA native module in your normal sidebar, not an embedded app
- TimingFirst mock-up normally within one working day; a working module within five working days of approval, with larger jobs identified at mock-up stage
- DataUses your account's tasks, files, contacts, documents and Automations, and can connect to outside systems with an API. Your data stays in the account and can be exported
- AgentsAn MCP surface can be built into the module alongside its screens and workflows
One module covers one area of work with its own screens and data — a CRM and a quoting system would normally count as two. A second module carries a second monthly fee, though modules on the same account can share data. AI features inside a module draw on your account's normal AI usage.
Privacy & security
Zero Data Retention by default on core text AI.
Raq.com does not train models on customer content. Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training.
Zero Data Retention routes
Default for core text and chat. You can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models that do not support it — deliberately, not by accident.
No training on your content
Customer content is not used to train models. Service records kept for billing and reliability are separate from AI provider handling.
TLS 1.3 and AES-256
TLS 1.3 for data in transit; AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest, on dedicated hardware.
EU data residency
Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres, with UK GDPR-aligned handling.
Permissions, audit and 2FA
Role-based permissions and audit logging across the account, with optional two-factor authentication for users.
Monitoring and response
Continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process.
Account-scoped agent access
An agent connection is scoped to one account, and the tools it can reach can be limited to the ones it actually needs.
Approvals on the boundaries
Ask My Agent carries structured requests between people and agents with two-stage approval. Voice Calls is approval-controlled too.
Media tools are different, and we say so. Image, video, voice and transcription tools send the prompt or audio a provider needs to do the job, and those providers operate under their own API retention terms — so the Zero Data Retention statement covers core text and chat, not every media tool. Live web search has its own setting for the same reason. If you are assessing Raq.com for regulated or sensitive data, read the Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security and Subprocessors pages and map your own requirements onto the specific tools you plan to use.

The free trial needs no card. It allows one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring, so you can see the catalogue before you commit.
AI usage, not credits. On a paid plan, AI work draws on the account's monthly allowance. A short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video cost very different amounts to run, so the pricing page gives examples per tool rather than promising one universal request count. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change — non-AI tools carry on as part of the subscription.
Worth knowing: monitoring tools and FinUK have plan-specific quantity limits, Voice Calls starts on Professional, and Website Build & Host is a paid per-site add-on on Starter. Custom Modules sit outside the plan price at £190 / $259 per module per month.
