The business workspace for people, teams & AI agents

One workspace where your team and your AI agents do the work — together.

Raq.com brings more than 70 business and AI tools into a single account — messages, boards, files, CRM, e‑signatures, portals, media generation and agent operations. Your team works in the browser. Supercomputer, Codex and Claude Code work through the same tools — with permissions, approvals and a shared record of everything that happens.

01 Why Raq

Your business didn’t sign up for
twelve logins. Neither did your agents.

Small and medium-sized businesses build their operating system by accumulation — a chat product, a task board, a signing service, a file account, a form builder, several AI subscriptions. Each with its own login, billing, permissions and history. An AI agent becomes far less useful when it can only see one piece of that setup. Raq.com puts the jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them.

Agent access is part of the product

Many business products bolt a chatbot onto an existing app. Raq.com exposes its real operations to agents through the Model Context Protocol — list boards, create cards, upload files, request signatures — structured actions, not imitated clicks.

The tools share one account

A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval and update a board — no new integration for every pair of products. Agents work across the whole account through one connection.

Real business software, not just AI

E-signatures, portals, CRM, support and monitoring sit beside image, video and music generation — so an AI result enters a normal company process instead of ending as text in a chat window.

The human surface

For people, a normal browser workspace

  • Write messages and manage channels
  • Run boards, upload files, edit documents
  • Review generated media and drafts
  • Approve requests and sign documents
  • Inspect who did what, when

The agent surface

For agents, structured operations via MCP

raq.list_boards(project: "q3-launch")

raq.create_card(board, title, assignee)

raq.upload_file(contract.pdf → File Drop)

raq.request_signature(template: "onboarding")

# scoped permissions · explicit approvals · full audit

A person can see and amend work created by an agent. An agent can continue work started by a person. Sensitive or external actions use explicit approvals — Ask My Agent supports structured exchanges with two-stage approval controls.

03 Supercomputer

No coding agent?
Meet Supercomputer.

Describe a job in plain English. Supercomputer — Raq.com’s built-in agent — selects and runs the right platform tools, working with the same account, files and team as any connected external agent. Non-technical users get an agent route without configuring a coding environment.

Prefer your own agent? Connect Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client and work against the same account.

  • Plain-English task → chosen tools
  • Same permissions as your team
  • Approvals at the boundaries you set
  • Every step lands in the shared record

04 How the tools work together

One tool is useful.
The shared record is the point.

Because every tool reads and writes the same account, whole workflows stay connected — and an agent can check the chain and prepare anything missing.

Client onboarding

Form Builder Automation CRM + Task Board Client Portal E-Sign File Drop

A prospect fills a form; an Automation raises the CRM record, opens the board card and creates the portal. The agreement goes for signature and everything lands in the account’s files.

Marketing production

Brand Guidelines Marketing Campaigns Ghostwriter AI Image & Video Lab Creative Review Social Scheduler

The team stores its rules, briefs a campaign, drafts copy, generates media, collects decisions in one place and publishes channel-specific versions after approval.

Website & service operations

Website Build & Host Page Feedback SEO & AEO Checker Site Uptime + Page Watch Help Desk

Build or update the site, collect review comments, check search and AI visibility, monitor availability and content changes — then route incoming support to the right person.

Orchestrator

Repeatable, templated workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions.

Nature Work

Terminal sessions connected to a browser-based viewer — supervise work away from the desk.

Agent Operator HQ

Several agent terminals in one full-screen command view, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

05 Extend the platform

Two clear routes
when the catalogue isn’t enough.

Raq.com has two separate extension models. The distinction matters — the commercial responsibility, runtime and support model are different.

Self-build

Custom Tools

Included with your Raq.com plan

Point your own coding agent at Raq.com and build an application that runs inside your account. Each tool runs in an isolated container — draft privately, publish to the account, and call back into Raq.com through approved, scoped operations.

  • You own the build and the maintenance
  • Sandboxed runtime, scoped permissions
  • For teams that can direct and maintain the work
Managed for you

Custom Modules

£190$259 / month, per module

Describe the workflow; Raq.com reviews it, produces a first mock-up — normally within one working day — and delivers a working module within five working days or less after approval. Design, development, hosting, maintenance and changes are covered while you subscribe.

  • A first-class module in your normal sidebar
  • Uses your account’s tasks, files, contacts and Automations
  • Your data stays in your account and can be exported

A CRM and a quoting system would normally count as separate modules. Modules for the same account can share data.

06 Privacy & security

Private by default.
Accountable by design.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default — under those routes, the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Raq.com does not train models on customer content.

Retention

Zero Data Retention by default for core text AI, with a user-controlled AI Privacy setting.

In transit

TLS 1.3 for data moving to and from the service.

At rest

AES-256 full-disk encryption on dedicated hardware.

Residency

Dedicated servers in Hetzner’s German data centres — EU data residency.

Governance

Role-based permissions, audit logging and optional two-factor authentication.

Compliance

UK GDPR-aligned handling, with a defined incident-response process.

Watching

Continuous monitoring of the service — plus Site Uptime and Server Monitor for yours.

Secrets

Secure Send and Passkey Vault keep credentials encrypted until explicitly released.

Image, video and voice tools send what the job requires to specialist providers under their own API retention terms. Assessing Raq.com for regulated data? Read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security page and Subprocessors list, then map your own requirements onto the tools you plan to use.

AI usage

AI work draws on your monthly allowance, shown as AI usage. If it runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change — non-AI tools keep working.

Custom Modules

Managed modules sit outside plan pricing at £190$259 per module per month. Their AI features use your normal allowance.

08 Questions

Worth asking before you start.

Do we have to use AI agents at all?

No. The catalogue includes conventional business functions — e-signatures, task boards, portals, CRM, support — that work as ordinary software. Agents are an optional layer on the same account, subject to your permissions.

Which agents can connect?

Supercomputer is built in. Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client can connect through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and work against the same account. Tool access can be limited, and sensitive actions can require explicit approval.

What happens if we run out of AI usage?

AI tools pause until your allowance renews or you change plan. Non-AI tools remain part of the subscription and keep working. Different tools consume different amounts — a short rewrite and a generated video have different provider costs, so the pricing page gives per-tool examples rather than one universal request count.

Is Raq.com a replacement for every specialist product we use?

Not always, and it doesn’t claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product. Public comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements. The value is the breadth of useful tools, the shared account and the agent layer across them — and you can keep specialist systems, connecting them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

Custom Tool or Custom Module — which is right for us?

If you can direct and maintain a build, a Custom Tool gives your coding agent a sandboxed application inside your account, included with your plan. If you’d rather not own the engineering, a Custom Module is a managed service — Raq.com designs, builds, hosts and maintains it for £190$259 per module per month.

Where is our data held, and who can see it?

Raq.com runs on dedicated servers in Hetzner’s German data centres, with EU data residency, TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Handling is UK GDPR-aligned, with role-based permissions, audit logging and optional two-factor authentication. Raq.com does not train models on customer content.

Who builds Raq.com?

Raq.com is built by Vu, an AI and software company based in Solihull, United Kingdom. Phil Webb is CEO and co-founder; Alex Hawke is CTO and co-founder and leads product and engineering. Vu uses Raq.com for its own work and builds the managed Custom Modules.
