Why it exists

Businesses build their OS by accumulation. Chat here, board there, signing somewhere else. Agents become less useful when they can see only one piece.

70+
Tools • One login
1
Account • Shared data
01 / Continuity

The shared
operational
record.

Work belongs to an account. An account can be a person, company, client or project group. Users switch between accounts. Data, permissions and AI usage are scoped to the selected account.

A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it. The product is built around this continuity between tools.

Account-scoped access

Role-based permissions, approval controls for voice and external actions, and explicit scopes for agent operations.

Not feature equivalence

Public comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements. Keep specialists where needed and connect via API.

Operating model
I
Team through browser
Channels, boards, notes, files, reviews, approvals. Visible work.
II
Agents through MCP
List boards, create cards, run image batches, read project records. No click imitation.
III
Same records
People see and amend agent work. Agents continue human work. Hand-off is the record.

Flow AClient onboarding
Form → CRM → Board → Portal → E-Sign → Files

Prospect submits Form Builder. Automation creates CRM record, onboarding card, Client Portal. Signed doc goes to files. Comms keeps discussion. An agent can verify completeness.

Flow BMarketing production
Guidelines → Brief → Copy → Media → Review

Brand Guidelines sets rules. Marketing Campaigns plans, Rewriter/Ghostwriter drafts, Image & Video Labs generate, Creative Review collects decisions, Social Scheduler publishes after approval.

Flow COperations
Site build → Feedback → SEO → Uptime → Help Desk

Website Build & Host updates site. Page Feedback pins comments. SEO checker reviews, Uptime & Watch monitor. Help Desk & Chatbox handle support. Alerts create tasks.

02 / Catalogue — 70+ tools included

Describe it.
Let it select
the tools.

Supercomputer works with the same account, files and team as external agents. No coding environment. Plain English to tool selection to execution. Visible in the shared record.

06 / Privacy & Security

Zero data retention
for core text AI
by default.

Core handling
  • — Core text & chat use Zero Data Retention routes by default
  • — Provider cannot keep prompts/responses for training in ZDR mode
  • — User can change AI Privacy setting to reach non-ZDR models
  • — Live web search has its own setting (may need standard route)
Media & voice
  • — Image/video tools send prompt + generation params to specialist provider
  • — Media downloaded to Raq storage. Provider terms apply separately
  • — Voice & transcription send required text/audio for job
  • — Text ZDR statement should not be applied to every media tool
TLS 1.3 transit AES-256 at rest Dedicated Hetzner DE UK GDPR aligned Role-based + audit 2FA optional Incident response
Good fits
  • • Small teams wanting fewer subscriptions & logins
  • • Companies using Codex, Claude Code or other agents operationally
  • • Agencies managing several client accounts & projects
  • • Operators needing approvals + inspectable agent record
  • • Businesses with awkward spreadsheet → Custom Module
Boundaries

Weaker fit when deepest specialist feature set required, fixed enterprise stack cannot expose APIs, or regulatory requirement not validated against current controls. In those cases Raq can sit around existing system via Automations, APIs or Custom Module — connection & compliance need assessment. No training on customer content.

What makes it different
Agent access is product — operational tools exposed to agents, not just chatbot on top. Structured actions against account, browser for supervision.
Shared account — continuity. Files, tasks, approvals, messages, notes don't need new integration per pair.
Ordinary + AI — e-signatures, boards, portals, CRM plus image/video generation and agent ops. AI result enters company process, not ends in chat window.
Self-built + managed — Custom Tools sandboxed for your agent; Custom Modules first-class with design & maintenance included. Clear responsibility.
