Every business tool in one shared account.

Raq.com puts more than 70 business and AI tools behind a single login — messages, boards, documents, CRM, support, media and research — then opens the same account to the agents that work alongside your team.

Why Raq.com exists

Built for businesses that grew an operating system by accumulation.

"Each product has its own login, billing, permissions and audit history — and an agent becomes less useful when it can only see one piece of the business."

Small and medium-sized businesses often end up with a chat product, a task board, a signing service, a file-sharing account, a form builder and several separate AI subscriptions — each with its own record of what happened.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into all of them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, draft a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it. Nothing is hidden inside a private chat or a terminal.

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents — including its own built-in agent, Supercomputer, as well as Codex and Claude Code — through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). People keep the normal browser interface; agents get structured operations instead of imitated clicks. Both work against the same records.

The catalogue

Six groups.
One account.

Raq.com groups its public catalogue by the job it does. Some tools sit in more than one place — hover or tap a row to see examples.

How the tools work together

One tool is useful.
A shared record
is the point.

Client onboarding

A prospect completes a Form Builder form. An Automation creates or updates the CRM record, opens an onboarding Task Board card and creates a Client Portal. E-Sign sends the agreement, and the signed document lands in File Drop alongside anything the client uploads — with the internal discussion still visible on the board.

ROUTEForm → CRM → Portal → Signature
RECORDOne board, one client file

Marketing production

A team stores its rules in Brand Guidelines and starts with a campaign brief. Marketing Campaigns prepares the plan, Rewriter or Ghostwriter produces copy, and AI Image Lab and AI Video Lab produce the media. Creative Review collects the decisions before Social Scheduler publishes channel-specific versions.

ROUTEBrief → Copy → Media → Approval
RECORDOne brand, one review queue

Website & service operations

Website Build & Host creates or updates a site. Page Feedback collects review comments, SEO & AEO Checker reviews the result, and Site Uptime and Page Watch monitor availability and content changes. Help Desk and Website Chatbox AI handle whatever support the site generates.

ROUTEBuild → Review → Monitor → Support
RECORDOne site, one incident log

Agent-led project work

A person records the desired outcome in Priorities or a Task Board. Orchestrator starts the relevant agent workflow, Nature Work or Agent Operator HQ shows the active terminal sessions, and Ask My Agent requests a human decision when the job reaches a controlled boundary. The result lands in File Drop or Project Base with its history intact.

ROUTETask → Orchestrated run → Approval

Beyond the catalogue

When the 70+ tools
aren't quite the shape
of your business.

Two separate routes, kept deliberately distinct so the commercial responsibility is always clear.

A

Custom Tool

Included with your plan

Your own coding agent builds an application that runs inside Raq.com, in an isolated sandboxed container. Draft tools stay private to their creator; published tools can be shared with the account, with outbound access back into Raq.com through approved, limited scopes.

Custom Module

£190 / $259 per month, per module

Raq.com and Vu design, build, host and maintain a first-class module for one area of your business — a native part of the product, not a bolt-on. A first mock-up typically arrives within one working day, a working module within five, after approval.

Good fits and boundaries

Raq.com doesn't claim
to replace everything.

Its public comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements. Here's an honest read of where it fits.

01

Small teams that want fewer separate subscriptions and logins.

02

Companies already using Codex, Claude Code or other agents for operational work.

03

Agencies managing several client accounts and projects.

04

Operators who need human approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity.

05

Businesses with an awkward spreadsheet or internal process that suits a Custom Module.

06

Teams that need a broad set of occasional tools without buying a specialist product for each one.

It may be a weaker fit when a company needs the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system, has a fixed enterprise stack that cannot expose APIs, or must meet a regulatory requirement not yet validated against Raq.com's current controls. Even then, Raq.com can sit around the existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module — though the connection and compliance work need assessment.

Zero Data Retention
by default, on text.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default — the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. Image, video and voice tools work under their own provider terms, since that media has to reach a specialist provider to be generated.
