Supercomputer Describe the job in plain English. It picks the tools.

One workspace.
Your team and their agents.

Raq.com puts more than 70 business and AI tools under a single account — messages, boards, files, e-signatures, CRM, support, monitoring, documents and media. People work in the browser. Codex, Claude Code and Raq.com's own agent work through MCP. Both leave the same record behind.

  • Every tool on every paid plan
  • Zero Data Retention by default for core text AI
  • EU data residency
  • 70+

Tools in the public catalogue — every one of them included on every paid plan.

  • One

Account holding the files, tasks, approvals and messages that people and agents share.

  • MCP

Structured operations for Codex, Claude Code and other compatible agents — not click emulation.

  • £14+

Per user, per month. Free trial with no card, and no per-tool upsell.

The problem

Most companies build their operating system by accumulation.

A chat product. A task board. A signing service. A file-sharing account. A form builder. A monitoring service. Three AI subscriptions.

Each one arrives with its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history. That is survivable for a team of people. It is close to useless for an agent, which can only ever see the one piece of the setup you managed to connect it to.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into all of them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, produce a document, request an approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it — without an integration for every pair of products.

See the three ways in

Surfaces

Three ways into the same account.

The browser and the agent surfaces work against the same records. A person can amend work an agent created. An agent can continue work a person started.

For people

The browser

Normal interfaces for normal work. Write messages, move cards, upload files, review generated media, approve requests, edit documents, read reports. Role-based access and audit records show who did what.

  • Switch between accounts for each company, client or project
  • Review and correct anything an agent produced

Built in

Supercomputer

Raq.com's own agent. Describe a job in plain English and it selects and runs suitable platform tools against the same account, files and team — no coding environment to configure.

  • Guided by your Skill Library across sessions
  • An agent route for people who do not run one

Bring your own

Codex, Claude Code & MCP

Connect a compatible agent and it gets structured operations — list boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record. Account-scoped, tool-limited, approval-gated.

Tool Ideas

Request or register interest in a tool that does not exist yet.

No tool matches that search. Try “sign”, “monitor”, “image” or “agent”.

Raq.com adds tools regularly — check the current catalogue before you rely on a specific one.

Continuity

A single tool is useful. The chain between them is the point.

Because the records are shared, work can cross tools without an integration for every pair. Four of the chains Raq.com customers run most often.

A prospect fills in a form. Six tools later there is a signed agreement, a live client portal and an internal thread — and every step is inspectable.

  1. Enquiry arrives

A prospect completes a branded intake form on your site.

    Form Builder

  2. Record and board created

An Automation creates or updates the contact and opens an onboarding card.

    AutomationsCRMTask Board

  3. Portal opened

A branded magic-link workspace goes out for files, questions and approvals.

    Client Portal

  4. Agreement signed

The agreement is sent for signature and returns with its audit record.

    E-SignFile Drop

  5. The record stays

Discussion and next actions remain on the board and in the channel, where an agent can check the whole chain.

    Team Comms

Agent operations

Built for supervising agents, not chatting with one.

These tools deal with execution, supervision, approvals, hand-offs and the record left behind — so agent work stays visible in the product instead of hidden inside a terminal.

  • Orchestrator

Runs templated workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions.

  • Nature Work

Connects terminal sessions to a browser viewer, so you can supervise work away from the desk.

  • Agent Operator HQ

Several agent terminals in one command view, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

  • Priorities

Separates human, mixed and agent-owned tasks so an operator can see where attention is needed.

  • Ask My Agent

Structured exchanges between people and agents, with two-stage approval controls.

Extending the platform

Two ways to add what the catalogue does not cover.

One you build and own. One we design, build, host and maintain for you. The difference matters, because the commercial responsibility and the runtime are different.

Custom Tools compared with Custom Modules
Aspect Self-built Custom Tool For teams who can direct and maintain a build. Managed by Raq.com Custom Module For teams who would rather it were somebody else's job.
Who builds it You, or your own coding agent
Price Included with a Raq.com plan
Runtime A sandboxed application in an isolated container, hosted through the Custom Tools system
Product fit A self-built application embedded into the account
Maintenance You own the application work
Access Draft tools stay with their creator; published tools can be shared with scoped permissions
Agent access Approved Raq.com operations through scoped MCP access

Point your agent at it

Custom Tools run in an isolated container with approved, limited scopes back into the account. Raq.com supplies the place to run it and the connection in — the development work stays yours.

Or describe the workflow and wait

Describe the process, Raq.com reviews it, and the current public offer says a first mock-up normally arrives within one working day and a working module within five working days of approval. Larger jobs are identified at the mock-up stage.

One module covers one area of work, with its own screens and data — a CRM and a quoting system would normally count as two. Modules for the same account can share data, and your data stays in the account and can be exported. AI features inside a module draw on the account's normal AI allowance.

Pricing

Per user. Every tool included. AI usage scales with the plan.

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. New accounts get a free trial with no card — one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring. On a paid plan, AI work draws from the account's monthly AI usage allowance; if it runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change while every non-AI tool keeps working. Different tools consume different amounts, because a short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video do not cost the same to produce. Monitoring tools and FinUK have plan-specific quantity limits. Custom Modules sit outside the plan price at £190 or $259 per module, per month. Check raq.com/pricing for current figures.

Privacy & security

Agents get access. They do not get a free hand.

Access is scoped to an account, tool access can be limited, and sensitive or external actions can require an explicit approval before they run.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default. Under those routes the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. You can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models that do not support this protection, and live web search has its own setting because a current-information lookup may need a standard provider route.

Media tools are handled separately. Image and video tools send the prompt and generation parameters to a specialist provider; voice and transcription tools send the text or audio the job needs. Raq.com downloads the finished media to its own storage, but those providers operate under their own API retention terms — so the text-AI Zero Data Retention statement should not be applied to every media tool.

Raq.com states that it does not train models on customer content. If you are assessing the service for regulated or sensitive data, read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security page and Subprocessors list, then map your own requirements onto the specific tools you plan to use.

  • TLS 1.3 in transit

Encrypted transport for traffic between you, your agents and the platform.

  • AES-256 at rest

Full-disk encryption on dedicated hardware rather than shared tenancy.

  • Roles and audit logging

Role-based permissions, and a record that shows who or what did each thing.

  • EU data residency

Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres, with UK GDPR-aligned handling.

  • Two-factor authentication

Optional 2FA for user accounts, alongside Passkey Vault for credentials agents need.

  • Monitoring and response

Continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process.

Who builds it

Made by Vu, in Solihull — and used to run Vu.

Raq.com is built by Vu, an AI and software company in the United Kingdom. Vu runs its own business on Raq.com and builds every managed Custom Module, which is why the platform tends to grow in the direction of work that actually has to get done.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

What do I actually get for one subscription?

The whole public tool catalogue — every one of the 70+ tools is included in every paid plan. What changes between plans is the monthly AI usage allowance and service limits such as monitoring quantities, FinUK lookups and included Website Build & Host sites. Custom Modules are the one thing priced separately, at £190 or $259 per module, per month.

Which agents can connect, and what can they actually do?

Any agent that speaks the Model Context Protocol — Codex, Claude Code, others — plus Raq.com's built-in agent, Supercomputer. MCP gives them structured operations: list task boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record. They call the operation directly rather than imitating clicks in a browser.

Can an agent do something without me knowing?

Access is scoped to an account and tool access can be limited, so an agent only reaches what its connection allows. Sensitive or external actions can require an explicit approval — Ask My Agent supports two-stage approval, and Voice Calls is approval-controlled.

Just as importantly, the work stays in the product. Anything an agent did shows up in the same boards, files, documents and audit records your team already reads, instead of scrolling past in a terminal.

What happens when the AI allowance runs out?

AI tools pause until the allowance renews or you change plan. Every non-AI tool keeps working as part of the subscription. Raq.com shows this as AI usage rather than exposing internal credit accounting, and the pricing page gives per-tool examples — a short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video draw very different amounts.

Is my content used to train models?

Raq.com states that it does not train models on customer content. Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the provider cannot retain prompts or responses for training. Image, video, voice and transcription providers operate under their own API retention terms, so that statement should not be applied to every media tool.

Is this a replacement for our specialist systems?

Not always, and Raq.com does not claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product — its comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements. The value is the breadth of useful tools, one shared account and an agent layer across all of them.

If you need the deepest feature set of a specialist system, keep it and connect it through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module. If your stack cannot expose APIs, or you have a regulatory requirement that has not been validated against Raq.com's current controls, that connection work needs assessing first.

Can one person belong to more than one account?

Yes. An account can represent a person, a company, a client or a project group, and users can belong to several and switch between them. Data, tools, permissions and AI usage are all scoped to the account you have selected — which is what makes Raq.com workable for agencies running a number of client accounts side by side.

How quickly can we get a Custom Module?

You describe the workflow, Raq.com reviews it and, when it is suitable, produces a first mock-up. The current public offer says that mock-up normally arrives within one working day, and a working module within five working days or less after you approve it. Larger jobs get identified during the mock-up stage. The monthly fee covers design, development, hosting, maintenance and changes you ask for while you subscribe.
