§ 01 — THE WORKSPACE
Raq.com gathers the software a growing business usually scatters across a dozen logins — messaging, task boards, CRM, e-signature, files, forms, monitoring, document production, image and video generation — into one account. Then it opens those same tools to Codex, Claude Code and Supercomputer, Raq's built-in agent, so agent work stays visible instead of disappearing into a chat log.

§ 02 — THE PROBLEM
A chat product. A task board. A signing service. A file-sharing account. A form builder. A monitoring tool. Half a dozen separate AI subscriptions. Each with its own login, billing, permissions and audit trail — and none of it visible to the others.
An AI agent becomes less useful the moment it can only see one piece of that setup. Raq.com puts the jobs a business actually does — messaging, tasks, approvals, files, client work, AI production — into one account, and gives agents a common route into all of it. A task can start with a message, pull a file from File Drop, draft a document, request approval, update a board, and leave the result exactly where the team can inspect it.
Raq.com doesn't claim feature-for-feature parity with every mature specialist tool. The value is the breadth, the shared account, and the agent layer running across all of it — specialist systems can still sit alongside it, connected by API, Automations or a Custom Module.
§ 03 — HOW IT WORKS
Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — structured operations like listing a board, creating a card, uploading a file or running an image batch. Agents don't imitate clicks. They call the same operations a person's browser session does, against the same account.

BUILT IN
Describe a job in plain English and Raq.com's built-in agent chooses and runs the right tools against your account — no coding environment required. Prefer Codex or Claude Code? Connect them and they work against the exact same account and files.

§ 05 — IN PRACTICE
§ 06 — EXTENDING THE PLATFORM
A customer's own coding agent can build a sandboxed Custom Tool, included with any plan. Or Raq.com can design, build, host and maintain a Custom Module as a first-class part of the product, for a monthly fee on top of your plan.
Illustrative Custom Modules
Workflow mock-ups shown on Raq.com's public Custom Modules page, not delivered case studies unless stated otherwise. A first mock-up typically arrives within one working day; a working module within five working days or less after approval, larger jobs scoped at the mock-up stage.
§ 07 — PRICING
Every plan includes the full public catalogue. AI usage and service limits scale up the ladder — not what tools you can open.

§ 08 — PRIVACY & SECURITY
Core text and chat requests route through Zero Data Retention providers by default, so the model provider can't retain prompts or responses for training. Image, video and voice tools send only what's needed to a specialist provider, and completed media is downloaded back into Raq.com's own storage — those providers operate under their own retention terms.

§ 09 — COMPANY
Raq.com is built by Vu, an AI and software company based in Solihull, United Kingdom. Vu runs its own work through the same account it sells, and its team designs and builds the managed Custom Modules customers subscribe to.
