Small and medium‑sized businesses often build their operating system by accumulation — a chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a file‑sharing account, a form builder, a monitoring service, then a handful of AI subscriptions on top. Each one arrives with its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history.
An AI agent becomes less useful when it can only see one piece of that setup. Raq.com puts those jobs in a single account and gives agents a common route into all of them — a task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board, and leave the result where the whole team can inspect it.
Raq.com doesn't claim feature‑for‑feature parity with every mature specialist product. Where it counts, keep your specialist tools and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

Raq.com exposes its tools to people through the browser, and to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Both surfaces work against the same underlying records — a person can see and amend work an agent started; an agent can pick up where a person left off.

Annual billing saves 5%. New accounts get a free trial with no card required — one run of each AI tool, limited monitoring. Custom Modules are billed separately from £190 / $259 per month, per module.
08 — TRUST & INFRASTRUCTURE
Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default — under those routes, the model provider can't keep prompts or responses for training. Image, video and voice tools work differently: they send prompts and parameters to a specialist provider under that provider's own retention terms, then Raq.com downloads the finished media into your storage.
Raq.com states that it does not train models on customer content.
