Raq.com — A workspace for people and agents

01 — Premise

Most companies assemble an operating system by accident.

A chat product, a task board, a signing service, a file account, a form builder, a monitoring tool, several AI subscriptions. Each with its own login, billing, permissions and history. An agent is less useful when it can see only one piece of that setup.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board and leave the result where the team can inspect it. The product is built around this continuity.

It does not claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product. The public comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements. The value is the breadth of useful tools, the shared account, and the agent layer across them. Specialist systems can stay where they are needed, connected through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

It may be a weaker fit when a company needs the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system, has a fixed enterprise stack that cannot expose APIs, or must meet a regulatory requirement that has not been validated against Raq.com’s current controls. In those cases Raq.com can still sit around the existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module, but the connection and compliance work need assessment.

02 — Operating model

The browser and the agent write to the same records.

Work belongs to an account. Users can belong to more than one and switch between them. Data, tools, permissions and AI usage are scoped to the account in use. Role-based access and audit records show who did what.

The account

An account can represent a person, company, client or project group. It is the boundary that holds users, data, permissions, tools and AI usage. The team works through ordinary browser interfaces: messages, boards, files, generated media, approvals, documents and reports.

People in the browser

People write messages, manage boards, upload files, review generated media, approve requests, edit documents and inspect reports. A person can see and amend work created by an agent. An agent can continue work started by a person. The result is a shared operational record with normal interfaces for review, correction and hand-off.

Agents through MCP

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol. MCP gives an agent structured operations such as listing task boards, creating a card, uploading a file, running an image batch or reading a project record. The agent does not need to imitate clicks in the browser when a direct operation exists. Access is account-scoped and tool access can be limited. Sensitive or external actions can use explicit approvals. Ask My Agent supports structured exchanges with two-stage approval. Voice Calls is approval-controlled as well.

Supercomputer

Supercomputer is Raq.com’s built-in agent. The user describes a job in plain English and Supercomputer selects and runs suitable platform tools. It works with the same account, files and team as connected external agents. This gives non-technical users an agent route without asking them to configure a coding environment. Customers who prefer another agent can connect Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client and work against the same account.

Automations

Automations run multi-step workflows across Raq.com tools. They can react to an event, move data, ask AI to prepare material, send work for approval and continue after a decision. The aim is to let a business describe a process in terms of its own work rather than maintain a collection of disconnected scripts.

Longer agent jobs

Orchestrator runs templated workflows across Codex and Claude sessions. Nature Work connects terminal sessions to a browser-based viewer so an operator can supervise work away from the desk. Agent Operator HQ presents several agent terminals in one command view with keyboard controls and a live message queue. Priorities separates work into human, mixed and agent-owned tasks so the operator can see where attention is needed. These products deal with execution, supervision, approvals, hand-offs and the record left behind.

04 — Continuity

A single tool is useful. The shared record is the point.

These are ordinary sequences in the product, not case studies. Each one uses tools that already share the account.

Volume 01

Client onboarding

A prospect completes a Form Builder form. An Automation creates or updates the CRM record, opens an onboarding Task Board card and creates a Client Portal. E-Sign sends the agreement. The signed document and client uploads go into the account’s files, while Team Comms and the board retain the internal discussion and next actions. An agent can check the whole chain and prepare anything missing.

Marketing production

A team stores its rules in Brand Guidelines and starts with a campaign brief. Marketing Campaigns prepares the plan. Rewriter or Ghostwriter produces copy. Agent-led project work

A person records the desired outcome in Priorities or a Task Board. Orchestrator starts the relevant agent workflow. The final files go to File Drop or Project Base, and the task record carries the result and history.

Two ways to go beyond the catalogue.

The distinction matters because the commercial responsibility, runtime and support model are different. Both sit beside the shared tools. Responsibility for the build stays clear.

Custom Tool

Built by you, or by your coding agent.

Included with a Raq.com plan

Custom Tools are for customers who want their own coding agent to make an application. Each tool runs in an isolated container. Draft tools are limited to their creator. Published tools can be shared with the account. Outbound access back into Raq.com uses approved, limited scopes. Raq.com supplies the place to run it and the connection into the account. It does not provide the development work as part of the normal plan.

Custom Module

Designed, built and kept by Raq.com.

£190 or $259 a month, per module, on top of a plan

Custom Modules are a managed software service. The customer describes the workflow. Raq.com reviews it and, when suitable, produces a first mock-up. The current public offer says the first mock-up normally arrives within one working day and a working module within five working days or less after approval, with larger jobs identified during the mock-up stage. The monthly fee covers design, development, hosting, maintenance and changes requested during the subscription. One module covers one area of work. A CRM and a quoting system would normally count as separate modules. The customer’s data stays in the account and can be exported.

06 — Plans

Every public tool is in every paid plan.

Raq.com uses per-user subscriptions. AI usage and service limits increase with the plan. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Annual billing currently receives a 5% discount. Customers can upgrade at once or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date. The total subscription changes as users join or leave the account.

New accounts receive a free trial with no card required. The trial allows one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring.

On a paid plan, AI work draws from the account’s monthly AI allowance, shown as AI usage. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change. Non-AI tools remain part of the subscription. Different tools consume different amounts: a short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video have different provider costs.

Monitoring tools and FinUK have plan-specific quantity limits. Voice Calls starts on the Professional plan. Website Build & Host is a paid per-site add-on on Starter and includes an increasing number of sites on higher plans. Custom Modules sit outside the normal plan price at £190 or $259 per month per module. Their AI features use the account’s normal AI allowance.

07 — Handling

Core text AI uses Zero Data Retention by default.

Raq.com separates the way it handles core text AI from image, video and voice providers. Under the default routes, the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. A user can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models that do not support this protection. Live web search has its own setting, because a current-information lookup may need a standard provider route.

Image and video tools send the prompt and required generation parameters to a specialist provider. Voice and transcription tools send the text or audio needed for the job. Raq.com downloads completed media to its own storage. Those providers operate under their own API retention terms, so the text-AI Zero Data Retention statement should not be applied to every media tool. Raq.com states that it does not train models on customer content.

Raq.com keeps its own service records for billing and reliability. These are separate from AI provider handling. Customers assessing the service for regulated or sensitive data should read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security page and Subprocessors list, then map their own legal and sector requirements onto the specific tools they plan to use.
