One shared account
Data, tools, permissions and AI usage are scoped to the account. People and agents work on the same records — a person can amend work an agent started, and an agent can continue work a person began.
The business workspace for people & AI agents
Raq.com puts more than 70 business and AI tools under one subscription — messaging, tasks, files, e-signatures, CRM, media generation and more — with a browser for people and a structured MCP interface for agents like Codex and Claude Code.

01Why Raq.com exists
A chat product here. A task board there. A signing service, a file account, a form builder, a monitoring tool, a handful of AI subscriptions — each with its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history.
And an AI agent that can only see one piece of that puzzle isn't much of an agent.
Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them — so work flows from a message to a file to a signature to a board, without a new integration for every pair of products.
02The operating model
Data, tools, permissions and AI usage are scoped to the account. People and agents work on the same records — a person can amend work an agent started, and an agent can continue work a person began.
Not a chatbot bolted onto an app. Raq.com exposes real operations over MCP — list boards, create cards, upload files, run image batches — so agents act directly, subject to permissions and approvals.
Describe a job in plain English and Raq.com's own agent selects and runs the right tools. No coding environment to configure — and it shares the same account, files and team as your external agents.
Sensitive and external actions can require explicit human approval — including two-stage controls on agent requests and approval-controlled AI voice calls. Role-based access and audit records show who did what.
03The catalogue
Higher plans raise AI usage and service limits — the catalogue itself is never paywalled.
04How the tools work together
Client onboarding, the Raq.com way — every step lands in the same shared record, and an agent can check the whole chain.
A prospect completes your branded intake form.
A workflow creates the CRM record and opens an onboarding card on the Task Board.
A magic-link workspace is created for the client's files, questions and approvals.
The agreement goes out for signature — with a full audit record.
Signed documents and client uploads land in the account's files.
The internal discussion and next actions stay attached to the same record.
The same pattern powers marketing production, website operations and agent-led project work.
05Supercomputer
Supercomputer is Raq.com's built-in agent. Describe the outcome in plain English and it selects and runs suitable tools across your account — with approvals at the boundaries you choose.
Onboard our new client, Northgate Studios — set up their portal, send the agreement for signature and open an onboarding board.
06Extend the platform
Included with your plan
Point your own coding agent at a problem and have it build a sandboxed application that runs inside Raq.com. Draft tools stay private to their creator; published tools can be shared with the account, with scoped, approved access back into Raq.com operations.
£190 / month per module
Describe the workflow and Raq.com designs, builds, hosts and maintains a native module for your account — first mock-up normally within one working day, a working module within five working days of approval.
Your data stays in your account and can be exported. Modules for the same account can share data.
07Pricing
Per-user subscriptions. AI work draws from a monthly allowance that grows with the plan; non-AI tools are simply part of the subscription. Annual billing saves 5%. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

08Privacy & security
Core text and chat AI runs on routes where the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. A clear setting lets you reach models outside that protection when you choose.
Raq.com does not train models on customer content. Media and voice jobs go to specialist providers under their own API retention terms — and completed media is stored by Raq.com, not the provider.
TLS 1.3 for data in transit and AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest on dedicated hardware.
Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres, with UK GDPR-aligned handling.
Role-based access, audit logging, optional two-factor authentication, and explicit approvals for sensitive agent actions.
Continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process, with service records kept separate from AI provider handling.
09Is Raq.com a fit?
In those cases Raq.com can still sit around your existing systems through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module.
