The business workspace for people & AI agents

Your team and your agents, working the same account.

Raq.com puts more than 70 business and AI tools under one subscription — messaging, tasks, files, e-signatures, CRM, media generation and more — with a browser for people and a structured MCP interface for agents like Codex and Claude Code.

01Why Raq.com exists

Your company didn't design its software stack.
It accumulated it.

A chat product here. A task board there. A signing service, a file account, a form builder, a monitoring tool, a handful of AI subscriptions — each with its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history.

And an AI agent that can only see one piece of that puzzle isn't much of an agent.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into them — so work flows from a message to a file to a signature to a board, without a new integration for every pair of products.

02The operating model

Built for two kinds of user:
people and agents.

A

One shared account

Data, tools, permissions and AI usage are scoped to the account. People and agents work on the same records — a person can amend work an agent started, and an agent can continue work a person began.

B

Agent access by design

Not a chatbot bolted onto an app. Raq.com exposes real operations over MCP — list boards, create cards, upload files, run image batches — so agents act directly, subject to permissions and approvals.

C

Supercomputer, built in

Describe a job in plain English and Raq.com's own agent selects and runs the right tools. No coding environment to configure — and it shares the same account, files and team as your external agents.

D

Approvals & audit

Sensitive and external actions can require explicit human approval — including two-stage controls on agent requests and approval-controlled AI voice calls. Role-based access and audit records show who did what.

03The catalogue

70+ tools. One subscription.
Every plan includes all of them.

Higher plans raise AI usage and service limits — the catalogue itself is never paywalled.

04How the tools work together

One job, start to finish,
without leaving the account.

Client onboarding, the Raq.com way — every step lands in the same shared record, and an agent can check the whole chain.

  1. 1
    Form Builder

A prospect completes your branded intake form.

  2. 2
    Automation

A workflow creates the CRM record and opens an onboarding card on the Task Board.

  3. 3
    Client Portal

A magic-link workspace is created for the client's files, questions and approvals.

  4. 4
    E-Sign

The agreement goes out for signature — with a full audit record.

  5. 5
    File Drop

Signed documents and client uploads land in the account's files.

  6. 6
    Team Comms

The internal discussion and next actions stay attached to the same record.

The same pattern powers marketing production, website operations and agent-led project work.

05Supercomputer

Say the job.
It runs the tools.

Supercomputer is Raq.com's built-in agent. Describe the outcome in plain English and it selects and runs suitable tools across your account — with approvals at the boundaries you choose.

  • Works on the same account, files and team as your people
  • Connect Codex, Claude Code or another MCP client instead — or alongside
  • Every action stays visible in the product, not hidden in a terminal

06Extend the platform

Two ways to make Raq.com
yours.

Self-built

Custom Tools

Included with your plan

Point your own coding agent at a problem and have it build a sandboxed application that runs inside Raq.com. Draft tools stay private to their creator; published tools can be shared with the account, with scoped, approved access back into Raq.com operations.

  • Built and maintained by you (or your agent)
  • Runs in an isolated container
  • Scoped MCP access back into the account
Managed

Custom Modules

£190 / month per module

Describe the workflow and Raq.com designs, builds, hosts and maintains a native module for your account — first mock-up normally within one working day, a working module within five working days of approval.

  • First-class module in your normal sidebar
  • Uses your tasks, files, contacts, documents & Automations
  • Design, hosting, maintenance & changes included

Your data stays in your account and can be exported. Modules for the same account can share data.

07Pricing

Every tool, on every plan.
Pay for usage, not features.

Per-user subscriptions. AI work draws from a monthly allowance that grows with the plan; non-AI tools are simply part of the subscription. Annual billing saves 5%. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

08Privacy & security

Serious controls,
stated plainly.

Zero Data Retention by default

Core text and chat AI runs on routes where the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. A clear setting lets you reach models outside that protection when you choose.

No training on your content

Raq.com does not train models on customer content. Media and voice jobs go to specialist providers under their own API retention terms — and completed media is stored by Raq.com, not the provider.

Encryption

TLS 1.3 for data in transit and AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest on dedicated hardware.

EU data residency

Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres, with UK GDPR-aligned handling.

Permissions & audit

Role-based access, audit logging, optional two-factor authentication, and explicit approvals for sensitive agent actions.

Always watched

Continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process, with service records kept separate from AI provider handling.

09Is Raq.com a fit?

Built for

  • Small teams replacing a pile of separate subscriptions and logins
  • Companies already using Codex, Claude Code or other agents for real work
  • Agencies managing several client accounts and projects
  • Operators who need human approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity
  • Businesses with an awkward internal process that suits a Custom Module
  • Teams that need a broad set of occasional tools without buying a specialist product for each

Honest boundaries

  • Not a feature-for-feature replacement for every mature specialist system
  • Fixed enterprise stacks that can't expose APIs will need assessment
  • Regulated data should be mapped against Raq.com's current controls first

In those cases Raq.com can still sit around your existing systems through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module.
