Why it exists

Most companies build their operating system by accumulation.

A chat product. A task board. A signing service. A file account. A form builder. A monitoring service. Three AI subscriptions. Each one arrives with its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history — and an agent that can only see one of them is not much of an agent.

Seven products, seven islands

Separate identities, separate permissions, separate histories. Every useful workflow needs an integration, and every integration needs an owner.

One account, one record

With Raq.com
Team Comms Task Board E-Sign File Drop Form Builder CRM Help Desk Site Uptime + 67 more

A task can start as a message, pull a file from File Drop, produce a document, request an approval, update a board and finish where the team can inspect it. The product is built around that continuity.

One workspace, two surfaces

People get a browser. Agents get structured operations. Both write to the same record.

Raq.com exposes its tools to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol. An agent lists boards, creates a card, uploads a file or reads a project record directly — no imitating clicks. A person can see and amend anything an agent did, and an agent can continue work a person started.

Surface 01 — for people

The browser

Write messages, manage boards, upload files, review generated media, approve requests, edit documents and inspect reports. Role-based access and audit records show who did what.

Surface 02 — for agents

The MCP interface

Structured operations against the same account. Access is account-scoped, tool access can be limited, and sensitive or external actions can sit behind explicit approvals.

Nothing disappears into a terminal

Agent work stays visible in the product, so the team keeps a shared operational record rather than a transcript somebody has to be trusted to read.

Approvals where they matter

Ask My Agent supports structured exchanges between a person and an agent with two-stage approval controls. Voice Calls is approval-controlled as well.

Normal interfaces for correction

Review, amend, re-run or hand off. The browser is the supervision layer for everything an agent does against your account.

Supercomputer

Describe the job. The built-in agent picks the tools.

Supercomputer is Raq.com's own agent. A non-technical user gets an agent route without configuring a coding environment — it works against the same account, files and team as any connected external agent.

  • Plain English in, real operations outAsk for a campaign, an onboarding, a research briefing or a batch of images. Supercomputer selects suitable platform tools and runs them.
  • Or bring your own agentPrefer Claude Code or Codex? Connect it over MCP and work against the same account with scoped permissions.
  • Skills that survive the sessionSkill Library stores and versions the instructions that guide Supercomputer, so the way your business does a job is not re-explained every time.
  • Automations for the repeatable partMulti-step workflows that react to an event, move data, ask AI to prepare material, send work for approval and continue after the decision.

The catalogue

75 tools. One subscription. Every one of them available to your agents.

How the tools work together

A single tool is useful. Shared records are what make the long workflows possible.

01

Form Builder

A prospect completes the branded intake form.

02

Automations

The CRM record is created or updated and an onboarding card opens.

03

Client Portal

A branded magic-link workspace is created for the client.

04

E-Sign

The agreement goes out; the signed copy returns to the account's files.

05

Team Comms & Task Board

Internal discussion and next actions stay attached to the record.

An agent can check the whole chain and prepare anything missing — a portal that was never opened, a document that was never counter-signed, a board card with nobody on it.

Agent operations

For teams whose agents are already doing real work.

These products are aimed at running agents, not chatting with them. They deal with execution, supervision, approvals, hand-offs and the record left behind.

Orchestrator

Runs templated, repeatable workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions, so the same job runs the same way each time.

Agent Operator HQ

A full-screen command view of several agent terminals at once, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

Nature Work

Connects local terminal sessions to a browser-based viewer, so an operator can supervise a long job from anywhere — with keyboard and supported controller input.

Priorities

Separates work into human, mixed and agent-owned tasks, so an operator can see at a glance where their attention is actually needed.

Extending the platform

Two ways to add the thing only your business needs.

Build it yourself with your own coding agent, or have Raq.com design, build, host and maintain it for you. Both sit beside the shared tools — the difference is who owns the work.

Comparison

Custom Tool

Your coding agent builds an application that runs inside your account.

Custom Module

A managed, account-specific module designed and maintained by Raq.com.

Who builds it The customer, or the customer's coding agent Raq.com and Vu
Price Included with a Raq.com plan £190 or $259 per month for each module, on top of a plan
Runtime A sandboxed application hosted through the Custom Tools system A native module inside the Raq.com product
Product fit A self-built application embedded into the account A first-class account-specific module in the normal sidebar
Maintenance The customer owns the application work Raq.com designs, builds, hosts, updates and maintains it while subscribed
Access Draft visibility for its creator, published visibility with scoped permissions Explicit access for the customer's account and its team permissions
Agent access Approved Raq.com operations through scoped MCP access An MCP surface can be built into the module alongside its screens and workflows

First mock-up in a working day

You describe the workflow, Raq.com reviews it and — when it is a suitable fit — produces a first mock-up. The current public offer says that normally arrives within one working day.

A working module in five days or less

After you approve the mock-up, a working module normally follows within five working days. Larger jobs are identified during the mock-up stage rather than afterwards.

One module, one area of work

A module has its own screens and data. A CRM and a quoting system would count as two. Modules on the same account can share data, and your data stays exportable.

Free trial, no card

New accounts get one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring — enough to judge whether the tools you care about do what you need.

AI usage, not credit maths

A short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video cost very different amounts, so the pricing page gives examples per tool rather than one universal request count.

Custom Modules sit outside the plan

£190 or $259 per month per module, on top of a Raq.com plan. Their AI features draw on your normal account allowance.

Annual billing currently receives a 5% discount. You can upgrade at once or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date, and the total changes as users join or leave the account. If the AI allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change — non-AI tools stay part of the subscription. Prices exclude VAT where applicable and should be checked on the pricing page before you commit.

Privacy & security

Handled separately, because the risks are not the same.

Raq.com treats core text AI differently from image, video and voice providers — and says so plainly, rather than stretching one guarantee across every tool.

01 — Text AI

Zero Data Retention by default

Core text and chat requests use ZDR routes, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. The AI Privacy setting can be changed to reach models that do not support it.

02 — Training

No training on your content

Raq.com states that it does not train models on customer content. Live web search has its own setting, because a current-information lookup may need a standard provider route.

03 — In transit

TLS 1.3

Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3, with continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process behind it.

04 — At rest

AES-256 on dedicated hardware

Full-disk encryption at rest on dedicated servers, rather than shared multi-tenant infrastructure.

05 — Residency

EU data residency, UK GDPR-aligned

Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres, with UK GDPR-aligned handling.

06 — Access

Roles, audit logs and 2FA

Role-based permissions and audit logging across the account, with optional two-factor authentication for user accounts.

The honest caveat. Image and video tools send the prompt and generation parameters to a specialist provider; voice and transcription tools send the text or audio needed for the job. Raq.com downloads the finished media to its own storage, but those providers operate under their own API retention terms — so the text-AI zero-retention statement should not be applied to every media tool. If you are assessing Raq.com for regulated or sensitive data, read the Privacy Policy, the AI Privacy & Security page and the subprocessors list, then map your own requirements onto the specific tools you plan to use.

Fit

Where it works well — and where it needs a second look.

A good fit for

  • Small teams that want fewer separate subscriptions and logins.
  • Companies already using Codex, Claude Code or other agents for operational work.
  • Agencies managing several client accounts and projects.
  • Operators who need human approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity.
  • Businesses with an awkward spreadsheet or internal process that suits a Custom Module.
  • Teams that need a broad set of occasional tools without buying a specialist product for each.

Weaker fit when

  • You need the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system.
  • You have a fixed enterprise stack that cannot expose APIs.
  • You must meet a regulatory requirement that has not been validated against Raq.com's current controls.
  • In those cases Raq.com can still sit around the existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module — but the connection and compliance work needs assessing first.

Questions

The things people ask before signing up.

Supercomputer is built in and needs no setup. Codex, Claude Code and other MCP-compatible clients connect over the Model Context Protocol and work against the same account, files and team. Access is account-scoped, individual tool access can be limited, and sensitive or external actions can require explicit approval.

No. The browser and the agent interface work against the same records. A person can see and amend work created by an agent, and an agent can continue work started by a person. That is the point of the design — the record stays in the product instead of being locked inside a chat or a terminal.

Every public tool is included in each paid plan. What changes between plans is your AI usage allowance and your service limits. There are two specifics worth knowing: Voice Calls starts on the Professional plan, and Website Build & Host is a paid per-site add-on on Starter with an increasing number of included sites on higher plans. Monitoring tools and FinUK have plan-specific quantity limits.

AI tools pause until the allowance renews or you change plan. Non-AI tools — boards, files, portals, e-signature, CRM, monitoring and the rest — remain part of the subscription and keep working.

Yes. An account can represent a person, a company, a client or a project group, and users can belong to more than one and switch between them. Data, tools, permissions and AI usage are all scoped to the selected account — which is what makes the model workable for agencies.

A Custom Tool is built by you or your coding agent, runs in an isolated container through the Custom Tools system, and is included with your plan — you own the development work. A Custom Module is designed, built, hosted and maintained by Raq.com and Vu as a native module in your sidebar, for £190 or $259 per month per module on top of your plan.

On dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres, with AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, handled in line with UK GDPR. Raq.com keeps its own service records for billing and reliability; those are separate from how AI providers handle requests.

Not necessarily, and the public comparisons describe overlapping workflows rather than exact replacements. Plenty of customers keep a specialist system where it is genuinely better and connect it through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module. The value on offer is breadth, a shared account and an agent layer across all of it.
