One subscription. Seventy-plus tools. People and agents together.

The workspace
that works with you

Team messages, task boards, files, signatures, CRM, support, AI generation, automation and agent operations — all under one account with shared records that people and agents can inspect together.

About

A business workspace built for continuity

Small companies accumulate separate subscriptions. Raq.com puts the common work in one place — messages, boards, files, signatures, portals, CRM, support, media generation, research and agent operations — with the same records visible to people and agents.

One account, shared records

A prospect fills a form. The automation updates the CRM, opens a task, creates a client portal, sends the agreement for e-signature and stores the result where the team sees it. The agent follows the same chain.

Agents work through the same tools

Supercomputer, Codex, Claude Code or another compatible agent can call structured operations against tasks, files, boards and documents. The result stays in the product, not hidden inside a terminal.

Managed or self-built extensions

Customers with a coding agent can build sandboxed Custom Tools. For others, Raq.com designs, hosts and maintains Custom Modules for a monthly fee — the same data, native inside the workspace.

Agent interface

The same account, visible to agents

Raq.com exposes structured operations through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). An agent does not imitate browser clicks — it can list boards, create cards, upload files, read records and trigger automations directly, within the permissions set for the account.

  • Supercomputer selects suitable tools from a plain-English request.
  • Codex, Claude Code and other compatible clients connect through the same MCP surface.
  • A person can inspect, correct or approve agent work before it continues.
  • Sensitive actions — such as Voice Calls or Ask My Agent — use structured approval stages.

Continuity

Work flows across the account

A message turns into a task. A file becomes a document. A request triggers an automation, asks for approval, and leaves a record the team can inspect.

Client onboarding

Form, CRM update, onboarding board card, portal creation, agreement, signed result, file storage — all connected.

Marketing production

Campaign brief, AI-generated copy, media batches, review decisions, scheduled posts — with brand rules applied.

Agent-led project work

Priority set, orchestrated session, supervision through Nature Work, approval through Ask My Agent, result recorded.

Extensions

Two separate routes to extend the workspace

Custom Tools

Built by the customer's coding agent in an isolated container. Draft visibility is limited to the creator; published versions can be shared within the account. Included in the plan.

Self-built. Customer-maintained.

Custom Modules

Managed by Raq.com and Vu. First mock-up within one working day, working module within five. Native module inside the product. £190 / $259 per month, on top of the plan.

Managed. Designed, built, hosted and maintained.

A company can keep specialist systems where needed and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module. The data stays in the account and can be exported.

Privacy & security

Built around clear control

Core text AI uses Zero Data Retention routes by default — providers cannot keep prompts or responses for training. A user can change this to reach models without that protection. Image, video and voice tools send the required parameters to specialist providers; Raq.com downloads completed media to its own storage. The services operate under their own API retention terms.

  • TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest on dedicated hardware.
  • Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres for EU residency.
  • UK GDPR-aligned handling. Role-based permissions and audit logging.
  • Optional two-factor authentication.

What the company does not claim

Raq.com does not claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product. The value is the breadth of useful tools, the shared account and the agent layer across them. A company can keep specialist systems where needed and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

Customers assessing regulated or sensitive data should read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security page and Subprocessors list, then map their own legal requirements onto the specific tools they plan to use.
