Why Raq.com exists
Stop accumulating software.
Start operating.
Small and medium-sized businesses build their operating system by accumulation — a chat product here, a signing service there, a handful of AI subscriptions. Each has its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history. An AI agent that can only see one piece of that setup is a fraction as useful as it should be.
The accumulated stack
- Seven logins, seven bills, seven permission models
- Data trapped in silos, history scattered
- Agents locked out of the tools that matter
- Every new need means a new subscription
The Raq.com account
- One login, one bill, one permissions model
- Files, tasks, approvals and messages share records
- Agents act through the same account as people
- Every tool already included — 70+ and growing
The catalogue
70+ tools. One account.
Zero integrations required.
Every public tool is included on every paid plan. Browse the catalogue by the job it does for your business.
Agents are first-class
Describe the job.
Supercomputer runs the tools.
Supercomputer is Raq.com's built-in agent. Describe a task in plain English and it selects and runs suitable platform tools — against the same account, files and team as you. Prefer your own agent? Connect Codex, Claude Code or any MCP-compatible client and work against the same records.
> Prepare the Acme onboarding: create the board, draft the agreement, open their portal.
✓ Task Board — created board "Acme onboarding"
✓ E-Sign — drafted agreement from template "Services v3"
✓ Client Portal — opened portal, magic link ready
… Ask My Agent — approval requested: send agreement to acme.com?
Work stays visible in the workspace — nothing hidden in a chat log.
One route in: MCP
Agents discover and call structured operations — list boards, create cards, upload files, run an image batch — through the Model Context Protocol. No imitating clicks in a browser.
Shared records, real supervision
The browser and agent surfaces work against the same data. People can see, amend and continue agent work — and agents can continue work started by people.
Approvals at the boundaries
Access is account-scoped, tool access can be limited, and sensitive or external actions — like Voice Calls or Ask My Agent — sit behind explicit approval controls.
Orchestrator
Run templated, repeatable workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions.
Nature Work
Connect terminal sessions to a browser viewer and supervise work away from the desk.
Agent Operator HQ
A full-screen multi-terminal command view with keyboard controls and a live message queue.
Priorities
Separate human, mixed and agent-owned tasks so attention goes where it's needed.
How the tools work together
Continuity is the feature.
A single tool is useful on its own. Shared records make longer workflows possible — no integrations, no exports, no copy-paste between products.
Example: client onboarding, end to end
One account · zero integrations- Form BuilderA prospect completes your branded intake form.
- AutomationsA workflow fires: CRM record created, board card opened.
- Client PortalA branded portal opens for uploads, questions and approvals.
- E-SignThe agreement goes out for signature, with an audit record.
- File DropSigned documents and client uploads land in account files.
- SupercomputerAn agent checks the whole chain and prepares anything missing.

Extend the platform
Two ways to make Raq.com yours.
Build it yourself with your own coding agent, or have Raq.com design, build, host and maintain a native module for your business. Either way, responsibility for the build stays clear.
Custom Tools
Included with your plan
- Your coding agent builds a sandboxed application that runs inside Raq.com
- Isolated container; draft tools private, published tools shared with the account
- Outbound access back into Raq.com uses approved, scoped MCP permissions
- You direct and maintain the build — Raq.com supplies the place to run it
Custom Modules
£190 / month per module
- Describe the workflow — first mock-up normally within one working day
- Working module within five working days or less after approval
- A first-class, account-specific module in the normal sidebar
- Design, development, hosting, maintenance and changes included while subscribed
- Uses your account's tasks, files, contacts, documents and Automations — and outside APIs

Privacy & security
Built for businesses that ask hard questions.
Raq.com does not train models on customer content, and separates how it handles core text AI from image, video and voice providers.
Zero Data Retention
Core text and chat requests use ZDR routes by default — providers can't keep prompts or responses for training.
Encryption
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 full-disk encryption at rest on dedicated hardware.
EU data residency
Dedicated servers in Hetzner's German data centres, with UK GDPR-aligned handling.
Access control
Role-based permissions, audit logging and optional two-factor authentication.
Controlled AI privacy
An AI Privacy setting governs model routes; live web search has its own separate setting.
Operational assurance
Continuous monitoring and a defined incident-response process.
Questions
Frequently asked
A business workspace where people, teams and AI agents work together. It combines 70+ business and AI tools — comms, boards, files, e-signatures, CRM, portals, media generation, research and automation — under one account and one subscription.
Through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Agents get structured operations against your account — listing boards, creating cards, uploading files — subject to the permissions and approval controls you attach to the connection. Supercomputer is built in; Codex, Claude Code and other compatible clients connect the same way.
No. Raq.com does not train models on customer content. Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot retain prompts or responses for training. Image, video and voice tools use specialist providers under their own API retention terms.
AI tools pause until your allowance renews or you change plan. Non-AI tools — boards, files, CRM, portals, monitoring and the rest — remain fully available as part of your subscription.
If you can direct and maintain a build with your own coding agent, a Custom Tool is included with your plan and runs sandboxed inside Raq.com. If you'd rather describe the workflow and have it designed, built, hosted and maintained for you, a Custom Module is a managed service at £190 / $259 per month.
It doesn't claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product. The value is breadth, the shared account and the agent layer. Keep specialist systems where needed and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.
One account. Every tool.
Your team and your agents.
