Privacy & security

Zero Data Retention by default.

Core text and chat requests use ZDR routes — the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. You can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models without this protection. Live web search has its own setting.

How we handle media
Image, video, voice and transcription send only the prompt / audio needed to specialist providers. Completed media is downloaded to Raq storage. Providers operate under their own retention terms.
We don't train on your content
Raq does not train models on customer content. Service records for billing and reliability are separate from AI provider handling.
