70+ tools · one account · browser + MCP

One workspace for people, teams and AI agents.

Raq.com replaces a stack of disconnected subscriptions with a single account where people and agents use the same tools, files and records — visible, permissioned and auditable.

Why Raq exists

Your operating system by accumulation is the problem.

Chat here, board there, signing somewhere else, files in another login — each with its own billing and permissions. Agents can only see one slice at a time.

The usual stack

  • 6+ logins, bills and permission systems that drift apart
  • Agent work trapped in a terminal or chat — invisible to the team
  • Files, approvals and audit history scattered across tools
  • Every pair of tools needs another integration
↗ Chat ▦ Board ✎ Sign ☁ Files ◎ Monitor

Raq puts it in one account.

One subscription includes the public catalogue. AI usage and service limits scale with the plan. Agents use the same records as people — through MCP operations, not screen taps.

  • 70+ tools sharing files, tasks, contacts and approvals
  • Browser for people · MCP for Codex, Claude Code & Supercomputer
  • Shared operational record — inspect, correct, hand off
  • Automations & orchestrated work across the account
The catalogue

70+ tools that actually share the same account.

Conventional business software and AI production in one place — so an AI result can enter a real company process instead of ending as text in a chat.

How the tools work together

One shared record.
Browser and agent on the same data.

People work in the browser. Agents work through MCP — structured operations like listing boards, creating cards or running an image batch. No click imitation. Same records, same permissions, same audit trail.

Account-scoped

Data, tools, permissions and AI usage live in the selected account. Switch accounts without a new login.

Approval-controlled

Ask My Agent & Voice Calls use two-stage approvals. Sensitive actions wait for a human.

Visible by default

Agent work appears in boards, files and project notes — inspect, amend, continue.

Automations

Event-driven workflows across tools: move data, ask AI, request approval, continue.

Model Context Protocol — agent interface

raq.taskBoard.list({ accountId })
raq.fileDrop.upload(file, { projectId })
raq.imageLab.generate({ prompt, variants: 12 })
raq.eSign.send({ template, recipients })
raq.approvals.request({ tool: "voiceCalls" })
Role-based access

Limit which tools each agent connection can call.

Audit records

Who did what, when — across people and agents.

Nature Work · Agent Operator HQ · Priorities

Supervise terminal sessions from the browser, view multiple agents in one command room, and triage human / mixed / agent-owned work.

Inside Raq

Meet Supercomputer — describe the job, it chooses the tools.

Supercomputer is Raq's built-in agent. You write the outcome in plain English and it selects and runs suitable Raq tools against your account, files and team. Non-technical users get an agent route without configuring a coding environment. Prefer Codex or Claude Code? Connect them to the same account instead.

How teams use Raq

Longer workflows, end to end.

A single tool is useful. The shared record is where longer work becomes simple.

From form to signed onboarding

A prospect completes a Form Builder form. An Automation creates the CRM record, opens an onboarding card, creates a Client Portal and sends the agreement via E-Sign. Files and discussion stay in the account.

  • Automation updates the CRM and opens the next action automatically
  • Signed documents and client uploads land in File Drop & Project Base
  • Ask My Agent can check the chain and prepare anything missing

Brief to published campaign

Store brand rules in Brand Guidelines. Marketing Campaigns plans from a brief, Rewriter and Ghostwriter produce copy, AI Image/Video Labs produce media, Creative Review decides, Social Scheduler publishes after approval.

Build, review, monitor, support

Website Build & Host creates or updates a site via 102.ai. Page Feedback collects pinned comments. SEO & AEO Checker reviews visibility, while Uptime and Page Watch monitor. Help Desk and Chatbox AI handle support.

Outcome in, result out — supervised

Record the desired outcome in Priorities or a Task Board. Orchestrator runs the templated Codex/Claude workflow. Nature Work or Agent Operator HQ shows live terminals; Ask My Agent requests approval at controlled boundaries.

Privacy & security

Zero Data Retention where it matters.

🔒 TLS 1.3 in transit

All data encrypted between browser, agent and Raq.

🛡 AES-256 at rest

Full-disk encryption on dedicated hardware.

◐ EU data residency

Dedicated servers in Hetzner’s German data centres.

✓ UK GDPR-aligned

Role-based permissions & audit logging on every action.

◎ 2-factor auth

Optional 2FA for user accounts.

◉ Continuous monitoring

Defined incident-response process.

Image, video & voice tools send required prompts/media to specialist providers under their own retention terms — Raq downloads completed media to its own storage. Read the Privacy & Security page.

How Raq handles AI data

Core text & chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default — the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. You can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models that don’t support this protection. Live web search has its own setting. Raq does not train models on customer content.
