An agent becomes far less useful when it can only see one piece of that setup. Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives agents a common route into all of them.

02 — One workspace, two front doors
Both surfaces work against the same records. A person can amend work created by an agent. An agent can continue work started by a person. Nothing is hidden inside a chat window or a terminal buffer.
Write messages, manage boards, upload files, review generated media, approve requests, edit documents and inspect reports — with role-based access and audit records showing who did what.
Raq.com exposes its tools through the Model Context Protocol. An agent gets real operations — list boards, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch, read a project record — instead of imitating clicks.

Describe a job in plain English and Supercomputer chooses and runs suitable Raq.com tools. It works with the same account, files and team as a connected external agent — so non-technical users get an agent route without configuring a coding environment.

Raq.com does not claim feature-for-feature equivalence with every mature specialist product. Public comparisons describe overlapping workflows, not exact replacements — keep the specialist systems you need and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module.

Describe the workflow and Raq.com designs, builds, hosts and maintains a native module inside your account, in the normal sidebar. The current public offer is a first mock-up within one working day and a working module within five working days of approval.
One module covers one area of work. A CRM and a quoting system would count as two — though modules in the same account can share data.

Plans differ by AI usage and service limits, not by which tools you can open. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Paid AI work draws from the account's monthly AI usage allowance. Different tools consume different amounts, because a short rewrite, a multi-model report and a generated video have very different provider costs — so the pricing page gives examples per tool rather than one universal request count. If the allowance runs out, AI tools pause until renewal or a plan change; non-AI tools carry on.
New accounts get a free trial with no card required: one use of each AI tool and limited monitoring. Annual billing currently receives 5% off. You can upgrade immediately or schedule a downgrade for the next billing date, and the total changes as users join or leave. Custom Modules sit outside the plan price at £190 or $259 per module per month, with their AI features drawing on the normal allowance.

08 — Privacy & security
Raq.com handles core text AI differently from image, video and voice providers, and says so rather than flattening it into one promise.
Requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider cannot keep prompts or responses for training. You can change the AI Privacy setting to reach models that do not support this. Live web search has its own setting, because a current-information lookup may need a standard provider route.
Image and video tools send the prompt and generation parameters to a specialist provider; voice and transcription tools send the text or audio needed for the job. Completed media is downloaded to Raq.com storage. Those providers operate under their own retention terms, so the text-AI Zero Data Retention statement should not be applied to every media tool.
