The workspace where your team and your AI agents get real work done.

Raq.com brings messages, tasks, files, CRM, documents, media and automation into a single account — then lets AI agents act on the very same records, under your permissions and approvals. No hidden work buried in a chat window.

The sprawl problem

Most teams build their operating system by accumulation.

A chat product here, a task board there, a signing service, a file account, a form builder, a monitor, and several AI subscriptions. Every one has its own login, billing, permissions and audit trail — and an agent that can see only one piece of it isn't much of an agent at all.

Seven logins. Seven bills. No shared record. Agents locked out.

One account

Every job in one place, with a common route for agents — subject to permissions and approvals.

One workspace, real continuity

A task can flow from a message to a signed document — without a single integration.

Files, tasks, approvals, messages and project notes live together. People work through normal browser interfaces; agents work through the same records. Nothing gets stranded between two products.

For people

Write messages, manage boards, upload files, review generated media, approve requests and edit documents through clean browser interfaces. Role-based access and audit records show who did what.

For agents

Raq.com exposes its tools over the Model Context Protocol. Agents list boards, create cards, upload files, run image batches or read a project record — direct operations, no imitating clicks in a browser.

Under your control

Access is account-scoped and tool access can be limited. Sensitive or external actions use explicit approvals — Ask My Agent runs two-stage exchanges, and Voice Calls is approval-controlled too.

Person starts Agent continues
Message in Team Comms Pulls file from File Drop Drafts document Approves request Updates the board

A shared operational record with normal interfaces for review, correction and hand-off — either side can pick up where the other left off.

Supercomputer & your own agents

Describe the job in plain English. Let an agent choose the tools.

Supercomputer is Raq.com's built-in agent. Tell it what you want and it selects and runs suitable platform tools against the same account, files and team. Non-technical users get an agent route without configuring a coding environment.

Prefer your own? Connect Codex, Claude Code or another compatible client and work against the same account. And for longer, supervised runs, Raq.com adds an agent-operations layer built for execution, approvals and hand-offs.

OrchestratorTemplated workflows across managed Codex & Claude sessions.
Nature WorkTerminal sessions connected to a browser viewer for remote supervision.
Agent Operator HQSeveral agent terminals in one command view with a live message queue.
PrioritiesSplits work into human, mixed and agent-owned so attention is clear.
You ask Supercomputer

"Turn this brief into a launch campaign — plan, copy, three image options, and schedule it for review."

Marketing Campaigns · plan drafted Ghostwriter · copy prepared AI Image Lab · 3 variants Creative Review · collecting your decision Social Scheduler · queued for approval
MCP Every step lands in the account, visible and correctable by the team.
The catalogue

70+ tools, one login. Here's the whole toolkit.

Conventional business software and specialist AI production, side by side — so an AI result can enter a normal company process instead of ending as text in a chat window.

How the tools work together

The value isn't any single tool — it's the continuity between them.

01

Client onboarding

A prospect completes a Form Builder form. An Automation updates CRM, opens a Task Board card and creates a Client Portal. E-Sign sends the agreement; signed docs and uploads land in the account's files while the internal discussion stays in Team Comms.

02

Marketing production

Rules live in Brand Guidelines. Marketing Campaigns plans, Rewriter and Ghostwriter write, AI Image Lab and AI Video Lab produce media, Creative Review collects decisions, and Social Scheduler publishes after approval.

03

Website & service ops

Website Build & Host ships the site. Page Feedback gathers review notes, SEO & AEO Checker grades it, and Site Uptime with Page Watch monitor availability and changes — while Help Desk and Website Chatbox AI handle support.

04

Agent-led project work

An outcome is recorded in Priorities or a Task Board. Orchestrator starts the workflow, Nature Work or Agent Operator HQ shows the terminals, and Ask My Agent requests a human decision at each controlled boundary. Results carry to File Drop or Project Base.

Extend the platform

Two ways to go beyond the catalogue.

Build it yourself with a sandboxed Custom Tool, or let Raq.com design, build, host and maintain a native Custom Module for your business. Responsibility for the build stays clear either way.

Included with your plan

Custom Tools

Point your own coding agent at Raq.com and build an application that runs in an isolated container. Draft tools stay with their creator; published tools can be shared with the account, with outbound access through approved, limited scopes.

  • Built by You / your coding agent
  • Runtime Sandboxed, hosted by Raq.com
  • Maintenance You own the application work
  • Agent access Scoped MCP operations
Included

One module covers one area of work with its own screens and data. Modules for the same account can share data; a second area means a second module.

Pricing

Per-user plans. The whole catalogue in every one.

AI usage and service limits grow with the plan; the tools don't change. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Annual billing currently gets a 5% discount.

Privacy & security

Built for work you can't afford to leak.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so providers can't keep prompts or responses for training. Raq.com does not train models on customer content, and downloads completed media to its own storage.

Media, voice and live-web tools use specialist providers under their own retention terms, so the text-AI ZDR statement isn't applied to every media tool. You control the AI Privacy setting.

  • TLS 1.3 in transit
  • AES-256 at rest
  • Role-based access & audit logs
  • EU data residency (Hetzner, DE)
  • UK GDPR-aligned handling
