Why Raq.com exists

Most businesses build their operating system by accumulation.

A chat product. A task board. A signing service. A file-sharing account. A form builder. A monitoring service. A few AI subscriptions, each opened in its own tab. Each one has its own login, billing, permissions, data and audit history — and an AI agent becomes less useful when it can only see one piece of that setup.

Raq.com puts those jobs in one account and gives people and agents a common route into them. A task can start with a message, use a file from File Drop, create a document, request approval, update a board — and leave the result where the whole team can inspect it.

How it works

One account. People and agents work from the same record.

The browser and the agent surface act on the same underlying data — files, tasks, approvals, messages and project notes — scoped to the account you're working in.

One shared account

Work belongs to an account, which can represent a person, company, client or project group. Users can belong to more than one account and switch between them.

Agents get real operations

Compatible agents connect over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and call structured operations — list a board, create a card, upload a file, run an image batch — instead of imitating clicks.

People stay in control

Role-based permissions and audit records show who did what. Ask My Agent adds two-stage approval for structured requests; Voice Calls is approval-controlled too.

Supercomputer, built in

Describe a job in plain English and Raq.com's own agent chooses and runs suitable tools against your account — no coding environment to configure.

Agent operations

For longer-running, supervised agent work.

Aimed at agent operations rather than ordinary chat — execution, supervision, approvals, hand-offs, and the record left behind.

Automations

Multi-step workflows that react to an event or schedule, ask AI to prepare material, and send work for approval.

Orchestrator

Runs templated, repeatable workflows across managed Codex and Claude sessions.

Nature Work

Connects local terminal sessions to a browser-based viewer so an operator can supervise work away from the desk.

Agent Operator HQ

Several agent terminals in one command view, with keyboard controls and a live message queue.

Priorities

Separates work into human, mixed and agent-owned tasks so the operator can see where attention is needed.

Custom Tools

Your own coding agent can build a sandboxed application that runs inside Raq.com and connects back with scoped access.

Agent-led project work

PrioritiesOrchestratorNature WorkAsk My AgentFile Drop

A person records the desired outcome in Priorities or a Task Board. Orchestrator starts the relevant agent workflow. Nature Work or Agent Operator HQ shows the active terminal sessions, and Ask My Agent requests a human decision at a controlled boundary.

Extend the platform

Two ways to go beyond the catalogue.

The commercial responsibility, runtime and support model are different — so it's worth knowing which one fits.

Self-built

Custom Tool

Included with your plan

Your own coding agent builds an application that runs in an isolated, sandboxed container. Draft tools are limited to their creator; published tools can be shared with the account, with outbound access back into Raq.com using approved, limited scopes.

Best when you can direct and maintain the build yourself.

Privacy & security

Zero Data Retention by default on core AI.

Core text and chat requests use Zero Data Retention routes by default, so the model provider can't keep prompts or responses for training. That protection applies to core text AI — image, video and voice tools send prompts and parameters to specialist providers under their own API terms, so the same statement shouldn't be assumed for every media tool. Raq.com states it does not train models on customer content.

Read the current Privacy Policy, AI Privacy & Security page and Subprocessors list on raq.com, then map your own requirements onto the specific tools you plan to use.

Is it for you

Good fits, and honest boundaries.

Good fit

  • Small teams that want fewer separate subscriptions and logins
  • Companies already using Codex, Claude Code or other agents for operational work
  • Agencies managing several client accounts and projects
  • Operators who need human approvals and an inspectable record of agent activity
  • Businesses with an awkward spreadsheet or process that suits a Custom Module
  • Teams that need broad, occasional tools without buying a specialist product for each

Worth a closer look

  • You need the deepest feature set of a mature specialist system
  • A fixed enterprise stack that cannot expose APIs
  • A regulatory requirement not yet validated against Raq.com's current controls

Raq.com can still sit around an existing system through Automations, APIs or a Custom Module — the connection and compliance work just need assessment first.
