What exactly is Raq.com?
Raq.com is a shared business workspace for people, teams and AI agents. It brings more than 70 business and AI tools into one account, from messages and task boards to documents, CRM, creative tools and automations.
Do I need to know how to use AI agents?
No. You can use the tools through their normal browser interfaces, or describe a job to Supercomputer, Raq’s built-in agent. If you already use Codex, Claude Code or another compatible agent, you can connect it to the same account.
Are all the tools really included?
Every paid plan includes the public tool catalogue. Plans have different AI allowances and service limits. Voice Calls starts on Professional, and website hosting is a paid per-site add-on on Starter. Managed Custom Modules have a separate monthly fee.
What happens when my AI allowance runs out?
AI tools pause until your allowance renews or you change plan. Non-AI tools remain part of your subscription. Different AI jobs use different amounts of your allowance, so a short rewrite and a generated video won’t consume the same amount.
Can I keep the software I already use?
Yes. You can keep specialist systems and connect them through APIs, Automations or a Custom Module where suitable. Raq focuses on broad, connected workflows; it doesn’t promise to match every feature of every specialist product.
What’s the difference between a Custom Tool and a Custom Module?
A Custom Tool is a sandboxed application you or your coding agent build and maintain, included with your plan. A Custom Module is a native, account-specific module that Raq designs, builds, hosts and maintains for £190 or $259 per month per module, in addition to your plan.
